They arranged the meet and greet so that we could see that my Phoebe was going to fit into their “system.” Everything went smoothie so she could adjust while I was there. Liz and Jeffrey were AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and the way they took care of our fur baby! He was treated like a prince: treats, car rides, time for zoomies, play dates with other dogs and sleeping on the sofa. I was worried he would not want to come home with us after the 3.5 days he was with them. We received videos, pictures and updates every single day. I trusted them and felt like I could relax on my vacation and not worry about the dog. They were so kind and hospitable to our family for drop off and pick up as well. My high expectations are always met when I leave Lexi with Fidel. There is always good communication between us and he is very attentive to my needs. On this last stay, they administered medicine to my dog for allergies with no problems. I also get lots of pictures of Lexi playing with old and new friends. I am extremely blessed to have him to watch Lexi, even at the last minute. Great job always!
