Felice and Tyler took extra care to take pictures and videos of Kongkong and his droppings to keep me updated about his condition. They also contacted me when kongkong coughed a little more than normal, which ended up with getting him to a vet to see whether the coughs were contagious. Kongkong did not end up going back because the vet did not recommended so, and Felice and Tyler also provided us a full refund for the nights we ended up cancelling. I appreciate their understanding and open communication. Will definitely come back for the high quality service!”
