“Key was AMAZING 🤩 She took care of my two pups and they enjoyed themselves so much they did not want to leave. This was my first time using rover and leaving my dogs with someone I was not familiar with and she put my nerves at ease. She was extremely gentle and nurturing to my older dog and allow my hyperactive pup to be himself ! She was attentive and responsive. I got an update everyday with pictures and videos! He sent daily updates and lots of photos of Bella enjoying walks, play time in his large yard, companionship with his dog Xena and lots of snuggle time. James is really easy to work with and very responsive. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy my vacation knowing Bella was in good hands. She spent extra time working with my pup to make sure that he was introduced to the rest of the crew in a safe and friendly way. She also sent check-in texts and photos each day to provide an update on how he was doing. Not to mention answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. “Absolutely loved Kim! I was so nervous about boarding my dogs as I’ve had some not so great experiences with other pet sitters. But immediately felt comfortable with Kim. She’s so good with the dogs and so accommodating as one of my dogs is hyper and the other is a nervous chihuahua. Kim is so experienced with a variety of issues your dog may have.
