“This was our first time using Rover to find someone to come and watch our cats, and it could not have gone better. I was initially nervous to use the site and allow someone we didn't know to come into our home to check in on them. After looking through the site, I found Riley who came with some amazing reviews. I reached out to her to inquire about her availability and we exchanged a few messages about expectations. She even agreed to a complimentary meet and greet, which really made us fell better since the cats would have a chance to meet her and wouldn't be anxious when she suddenly showed up while we were out of town. The day of the meet and greet, we welcomed her to our home and she was able to meet our cats and ask us any questions she had. We also asked a few questions and then went over what we needed from her while we were gone. She was very kind and we were comfortable with her right away (and so were the boys). After our meeting, I booked the reservation. Riley was very accommodating to all our requests, even after we made the reservation. There were a couple of last minute things that came up and she was more than happy to help out. While we were gone, Riley showed up as scheduled and made sure everything was taken care of. She sent along pictures while she was there and Rover kept us updated the entire time. Knowing that Riley was taking care of everything really allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We will definitely be reaching out again the next time we go out of town.”
