“Kathryn went above and beyond caring for our senior dog Jackson! We were a bit nervous about using a dog sitter we didn’t know, but Kathryn put us at ease with her kindness and expertise. We’re so grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog sitter.”

“It’s hard for me to trust people with my dog as he has a long list of requirements as an elderly Great Dane and James is absolutely phenomenal with him. He goes above and beyond to take care of Max like I do which is a high bar-I would recommend him to anyone in need of a sitter for any kind of situation. He’s a true professional which is hard to find in this business!”
“Melissa was absolutely *phenomenal* -- and is now highly recommended! She was professional and thorough, and listened to our concerns during our pre-trip meet-and-greet. Not only did that give us incredible peace of mind while we were away from our two cats for a week (which carries a great deal of value in and of itself!), but she went above and beyond overall by leaving some treats and food behind for them, using scented trash bags when cleaning the litter box, and sending wonderful updates that included daily pictures and details of her visits. But most importantly, our kitties seemed to genuinely like her and feel comfortable with her very quickly, which is saying a lot for our shy one in particular. She seems to care quite a bit for animals just like we do, and that brings a great deal of comfort to anxious owners who are far from home. We will definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past 16 years, when I got a puppy for my kids. A few years later we adopted another dog as a companion. Our dogs are part of our family. I have experience from puppy through senior pup, which includes giving medications. I’ve also worked as a Veterinary Technician and volunteered as a dog walker at a shelter. Both were rewarding experiences which provided me additional practice with sick pet care and leash walking. I recently retired and am available most days and evenings to provide attentive care. I’m also available to make home visits, and can walk your pet in your neighborhood or take them to a local dog park or other type of recreation area. We have a gated deck and mostly fenced-in yard where we can play ball, and I can also take your pup for walks in the neighborhood. We also have lots of toys, beds, and learning games.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Jaclyn! She took amazing care of our dogs, Hallie and Gunner, during her drop-in visits. Jaclyn was always punctual and kept in great contact with us, providing thoughtful updates that gave us real peace of mind. It’s clear she truly loves animals and treats them with the same care and attention as if they were her own. Hallie and Gunner were so happy and relaxed thanks to her. We’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Jaclyn to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver!”

“Emma was WONDERFUL! I was very nervous about using Rover while we were away and Emma put us right at ease. She updated us every time she visited and our dog loved her. I will definitely be using her services again.”

“Grateful to Tabitha for taking care of Luna and Oliver while we were out of town! Luna was happy for the company and both cats were well taken care of during the visit.”

“Lidia has been amazing! She provides great care, communication and love to our fur babies. So glad we booked with her and using her again. We love the report cards and pics. I would highly recommend her!”

“Chelsea did a fantastic job. We’ve had her drop in to visit our cat while we were away. Our kitty is usually skittish with people, but she let Chelsea pet her and would greet her at the window when during visits. I’d highly recommend Chelsea as a pet sitter.”

“Sam is the only person that we trust to watch our dogs and he does such an excellent job each time. We've been using Sam for years and plan to continue to use him in the future.”

“Emily has provided pet sitting services for my cat Honey a number of times. Honey is a shy kitty and will go into hiding when anyone other than me enters the home. Emily brought treats with her to gain her trust. I feel comfortable leaving now that I know Honey will not only have her physical needs taken care of but also some affection from a sitter she trusts.”

“Jackson was dependable and tried his best to befriend our scaredy-cat. He finally won him over! Jackson also did a great job keeping us posted throughout the week, which gave us peace of mind.”

“We have used Katherine several times now and our cat Norman loves her! She does a wonderful job, gives you plenty of updates, and sends lots of pictures every time she visits. We highly recommend Katherine!”
“Lanese was extremely sweet and patient with our very shy elderly kitty. We got great daily updates with a photo. Although our kitty is shy and often difficult to locate, Lanese was sure to make a connection and help her feel loved while pet sitting. I would definitely recommend this compassionate pet sitter!”

About: I have gained so much experience with animals over the years that I have been jokingly nicknamed “the animal whisperer” and Snow White. I have had dogs and a cat my whole life, as well as watching friends, coworkers, family members and networks pets. I also have experience in animal husbandry & care from my last research position. I accept all furry friends and have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, and rodents! I currently work full time, approximately 6am-5pm (including my commute), so I am available any day after 5 for a dinner time walk or an overnight stay if pups or cats are okay being left alone for a bit. Please keep this in mind, especially regarding seniors or puppies. If your babies are used to that then I am totally fine with it. On weekends, however, I am available any time! I am able to follow any instructions given from the client and do have experience giving medication as well. I am attentive, will provide updates, always looking out for their well-being, and loving. I will provide the most comfortable & approachable aura that I can to make all fur-babies feel safe 💕
“We have used Hannah twice now and she is fantastic with our two large high energy Labrador retrievers! They are very active and she does a great job dealing them. They loved fetching with her! Her communication was great leading up to and after the visit.”

“Crystal is a magical being, she was pleasant, kind and she knows how to treat a dog well! She was amazing for our family and I know we will use Crystal again. Thank you for being in this business, it really need people like you.”

Wellington cat parents share their Rover experiences
Absolutely wonderful! She was informative and patient with this anxious cat mom. Recognized the signs when my cat with urinary issues was in pain, let me know of the behaviors, and gave meds per instructions. Even got my sure skittish older cat to stop hiding and even got her to accept pets. Totally impressed! She really cares about the fur babies! THANK YOU Aimee!

Michelle took great care of my cats while I was away. She spent a full hour with them every day, and sometimes even longer, making sure they had fresh food, plenty of water, clean litter, and engagement. I especially appreciated how consistent and dependable she was with the daily care routine. One of my cats can be a little particular and attached to his usual way of playing, but Michelle made sure he was safe, cared for, and checked on. She also seemed to really bond with Emi, which meant a lot to me. It gave me peace of mind knowing they had someone patient and attentive coming by each day. I’d happily recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter.

Rachel did an awesome job taking care of my two cats over a 16 day period. Her communication was great, and she took great pictures of my cats eating a playing. She also took care of the mail and trash. I would definitely rebook Rachel as a sitter, and strongly recommend her as a sitter!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire experience. She went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute request and fitting in two drop-in visits, which I truly appreciated. Despite not having the opportunity to meet us or our pets beforehand since we were out of town, she was more than willing to step in and help without hesitation. That level of trust and flexibility meant so much to us. It was clear our pets were in excellent hands. Stephanie kept us updated with thoughtful photos of them in the yard, playing, eating, and staying hydrated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter!

Mel was amazing, and clearly loves animals! She is very professional, friendly, and flexible. We have two VERY anxious cats, with different needs and behaviors. Mel was able to interact with both cats on their terms, and was flexible about meeting their unique feeding habits. We will definitely be working with her again in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sabrina. As soon as we met, I knew she would be a wonderful cat sitter. She took care of my babies like they were her own, and they warmed up to her right away. She is extremely professional, but very sweet and personable also. I recommend her highly and of course I will have her watch my cats whenever I have to go out of town. The peace of mind I feel with her is awesome. Thank you, Sabrina.
