About: I love cats. My family first got cats when I was 7, and I helped take care of them for their entire lives, so I'm very familiar with things like clipping nails, giving various kinds of meds, and cleaning up cat messes. The cats I have taken care of have had a variety of health issues, so I'm familiar with the signs of and treatments for a variety of cat ailments (diabetes, arthritis, hyperthyroidism, pancreatitis, ear mites, asthma, various types of cancer, etc.). I've taken care of cats with various temperaments for friends and family including total house-cat Bella--who had little interest in anything but lying in the sunshine and having her ears scratched--and ball-of-chaos Mo--who is too smart and curious for his own good and will seek out trouble if you do not wear him out with safer kinds of stimulation. Getting to know a new cat is always a delight, and I can be quiet and still enough that even the skittish hide-under-the-bed types will usually be willing to show their faces in time. I've never met a cat I didn't like, so I like forward to meeting yours!

About: I’ve owned cats for 30+ years. I helped care for a family dog in my young adulthood for 4+ years. Our family just started dog sitting for friends when needed and all parties involved adjust well to bringing new pets temporarily into the home. I was taught how to birth, wean, potty train, and care for many types of animals. I have worked in my parents grooming shop to help over the years and this included walking and bathing dogs. I'm openly available, as of today. I like to volunteer, but that usually only takes about 4 or 5 hours. I will give your pet the time it needs. “Elizabeth has a great set up for taking in the pups. My pups who are a bit skittish are happy to go with her, which as a dog mom is so reassuring! She sends tons of pics while they are there so you hardly have a chance to miss them! I drive quite a bit out of my way to use her for my pups and its worth it! She is awesome!!”
“Amanda was amazing!! We had to book last minute as our initial plans fell through. I was really worried because they can be high maintenance and we had only adopted our one dog a few months ago. She sent us numerous updates showing that they were being loved and cared for, easing my worries. She went above and beyond, even having a fun bubble session with them. If we were to need someone in the area again we would certainly go to Amanda!”

“James did a wonderful job watching our boy Hank. He was highly communicative sending pictures and texts on a regular basis. He was also willing to attend to Hank’s preferences (walks, lots of outside time, naps and routines). His dog, Xena, was very good/tolerant with Hank, who can be a bit much as a 150 lb. Saint Bernard who loves attention. We’d like to think Hank enjoyed his vacation as much as we did. 😃”

She is takes really good care of my dog when I am away and sends photos and when myboet arrived to her home he fits right in and that say a lot that her has respect and bonds with her and her family.
