“Had to go out of town for the weekend and left my little dog with Felice and Tyler. They have a nice fenced yard and dog friendly house which is great. You can tell they love dogs and are very knowledgeable about them. My dog, Sophie, is not used to being around other dogs so I was worried she would not fit in, but it was unfounded. We had a meet and great a couple weeks beforehand so she met their dog and sniffed around the backyard. I got periodic updates and photos, which was reassuring. I will definitely take her there in the future.”

During Leo's stay with them, Kelly sent me photos, videos, and update comments numerous times throughout the day. It made a huge difference for me and my daughter (9 yo) who missed Leo very much during our trip. They were so warm and kind to Leo, and I could tell that they truly cared for the pet they were looking after. They took Leo to exciting walks, let him play off leach in their backyard, and cuddled with him. I know they've done all of this because they send me so many pictures. Sarah was amazing with Ozzy! He had an unexpected sore spot days before his boarding, she took it in stride, applied medication and made sure he didn’t mess with it. She provided daily updates with photos and videos and texts on how he was doing. My only hesitation with leaving a 5star review is that she’ll be booked the next time we need a sitter! Highly recommend Vanessa! Very responsive during before sitting my dog and was very flexible about the timing of dropping her off. During her care I thought I might have to delay picking up my dog or having her stay an extra night and Vanessa was more than willing to accommodate my needs. Would stay with her again!
