Kenzie can be a handful, especially since she’s blind, but Jingming made sure she stayed on her routine, ate well, and felt at home. She even used a camera so she could check in and see how Kenzie was doing, including how she slept she forwards them to me. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, I reached out to see if she could keep Kenzie for one more day—and without hesitation, she said yes. That flexibility and kindness meant so much. I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and thoughtfulness Jingming showed. I highly recommend her and will absolutely go back to her again!”
