Yard & outdoor time My yard is not fenced, so all outdoor time is leashed. With 6 to 7 walks a day, dogs get more than enough fresh air and exercise — and they're never left unattended outside. About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and I have dog and cat sit for friends since I was 12 years old. I also volunteered at an animal shelter, working with both dogs and cats, for a couple of years. I am comfortable working with shy cats- my own kitty is quite shy.
