About: As an experienced pet sitter and cat owner, I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. By having my own pet I understand the need for patience, attention to detail, and maintaining routines. I provide compassionate care tailored to each pets needs and personality, treating every animal as if they were part of my own family. Im am currently working part time and at most work three times a week. This allows me to have a lot of availability to care for your animals! I care for pets in clients homes by following their normal routines to help pets feel safe and comfortable. I also give regular updates to owners and make sure the pets get plenty of love when their owners are away.

About: I love dogs and they seem to love me...cats, too! I am currently looking for pet sitting clients, in my home or the client's home. I live on a peaceful, private and safe property, bordered by the woods and a lake in Brookeville. I have cared for my own pets for most of my life and have also worked as a dog walker and dog hander at a dog daycare center. I have also fostered and rescued dogs and cats. I have an extensive background in unrelated fields, such as music, graphics/video, real estate, property management and working as a home healthcare aide. I have security cameras at the property. There is only one neighbor nearby and it is a very quiet and peaceful area. I am completely trustworthy as far as caring for client's pets. I have worked as a guitar teacher and pet handler, various other jobs that required background checks.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. I had my own dog for 9 years who recently passed away, and I truly treated him like my baby. About: I grew up with a Golden Retriever and a Boxer, along with a grumpy cat. At present, we have Kody (a red fox Labrador) and Alfie (a mix of various breeds). I’ve been walking, loving, and feeding dogs all my life. Other areas of my experience include walking and dog-sitting for my neighbors' dogs for about 5 years. During COVID, my family started fostering various types of dogs, which has undoubtedly increased my experience with a diverse range of breeds and ages. While I have the most experience with larger dogs over 60 pounds, I also love my smaller furry friends! I'm currently on summer break, which allows me to care for pets full-time and maintain a very flexible schedule throughout the week. My only regular commitment is attending virtual classes in the evenings, so outside of that, your pets are my main priority. I can accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting while ensuring your animals receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while you're away. Pet care is already a major part of my daily routine. With my own dogs, I start the day around 8:30–9:00 a.m. with a walk and breakfast. They go outside again around noon, get another walk in the afternoon around 3–4 p.m., eat dinner around 7:00 p.m., and go out again before a final walk around 11:00 p.m. Throughout the day, I spend time playing with them and providing enrichment to keep them happy and mentally stimulated. When caring for a client's pet, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and following all care instructions closely. With seven years of pet-sitting experience, three years of fostering, and experience administering medication to both dogs and cats, I'm comfortable caring for pets with a variety of needs and personalities. I pay close attention to behavior, ensure pets are safe and comfortable, and provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands.

I’m also able to brush cats and dogs as needed and I’m very adaptable to every need. I work part time at Playa Bowls and I am a student at HCC. About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. I am currently working part-time from home, so I am excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets at any time! This can include drop-in visits to your home, overnight stays with your fur baby, and day-care or boarding at my home (as long as they're friendly with my cat Gemini). I am glad to visit your home as frequently as you prefer. All visits will include checks for water quantity and freshness, any prescribed food refills or walks, and of course play time. I'm also happy to provide overnight care for your pets and home if preferred, please send me a message if you are interested in more long-term visits. I'm also very happy to host your pets in my own home! I have plenty of room for cats and dogs up to 50-70 lbs. Both my wife and I have had pets our entire lives and between the two of us, someone is nearly always home to supervise and provide any needed care. Since I live in an apartment complex, I do not have a private yard but do have plenty of communal space for walks and other outdoor activity.
