About: I love dogs and they seem to love me...cats, too! I am currently looking for pet sitting clients, in my home or the client's home. I live on a peaceful, private and safe property, bordered by the woods and a lake in Brookeville. I have cared for my own pets for most of my life and have also worked as a dog walker and dog hander at a dog daycare center. I have also fostered and rescued dogs and cats. I have an extensive background in unrelated fields, such as music, graphics/video, real estate, property management and working as a home healthcare aide. Outside of working with animals, I work on music, home renovations, read, etc. My home is a large garage that I converted into a guest house with a recording studio. I have security cameras at the property. There is only one neighbor nearby and it is a very quiet and peaceful area. I am completely trustworthy as far as caring for client's pets. I have worked as a guitar teacher and pet handler, various other jobs that required background checks.

Leah did a fantastic job watching our two cats. Our cats can be challenging—one is very shy and one eats everything but is very social. Leah did an amazing job meeting both cats’ needs and making them both feel comfortable and cared for. Both our cats got a lot of love while we were out and Leah went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for. She sent a ton of updates as well which also made our day better. It made our vacation all the better knowing that everything was taken care of at home. We would definitely recommend Leah’s services and we’re hoping to hire her again in the future.
