Apparently my dog displayed anxious behaviors he has never displayed before in his 4 years of rover daycares but I think it just wasn’t the best fit. About: I grew up with a Golden Retriever and a Boxer, along with a grumpy cat. At present, we have Kody (a red fox Labrador) and Alfie (a mix of various breeds). I’ve been walking, loving, and feeding dogs all my life. Other areas of my experience include walking and dog-sitting for my neighbors' dogs for about 5 years. During COVID, my family started fostering various types of dogs, which has undoubtedly increased my experience with a diverse range of breeds and ages. While I have the most experience with larger dogs over 60 pounds, I also love my smaller furry friends! They go outside again around noon, get another walk in the afternoon around 3–4 p.m., eat dinner around 7:00 p.m., and go out again before a final walk around 11:00 p.m. Throughout the day, I spend time playing with them and providing enrichment to keep them happy and mentally stimulated. When caring for a client's pet, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and following all care instructions closely.
