“I couldn’t decide between 3 stars and 4 so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Alexia seemed to do a good job with the dogs. We actually thought she would be our forever sitter being that she was close by. However, communication was difficult with Alexia. During the time the dogs was with her it took a very long time for her to get back to me on check ups. She eventually did and everything was fine but the worry it caused while I waited was concerning. My babies came back in one piece and seemed happy so I was happy. After the stay was over Alexia reached out to me with a concern. I reached back out to her multiple times but assumed at this point she was just ignoring me. I tried calling and texting with no response. I can’t address a concern if there’s no communication.”

Many thanks to Andrea who opened her home and her heart to our 12 year old Maggie, and even dealt well with her fear of thunderstorms. When I came to pick Maggie up, my dog walked over to Andrea and stood in front of her washer tail as if to say “ thank you, I love you!” I had not seen her do that except with our grown kids. Andrea definitely made Maggie very happy in their 4 days together.
Lauren and her "assistant Zoe" (her own dog) looked after Bella very well. The dogs had supervised playtime in the enclosed park, rather like a village green, and had ample time to chill and hang out together. Bella was very happy to stay with Lauren, and the whole experience was positive. Lauren is a very competent and caring boarder. I heartily recommend her!
Melissa was a wonderful host for our dog over the long weekend! The photos and updates Melissa provided were great to let us know our dog was getting lots of walks and snuggles (her two favorite things). Melissa was very flexible about coordinating a drop off and pick up time.
It was our first time leaving our dear fur baby behind for a family overseas trip. It was nerve-wrecking not knowing what to do.
