Josh and Andres were so accommodating as we booked them last minute after other plans fell through. They were very responsive and helpful. One of our dogs is not the easiest to manage as she can be very alpha and sometimes a bit unfriendly. But that did not scare Josh or Andres who were very comfortable with managing her and the situations . That in itself is miracle and allowed us to enjoy our trip fully . Azucena was wonderful with my dog Willow. Before Willow boarded with her we set up a meet and greet where she asked very thoughtful and insightful questions to make sure she knew my pup's schedule, temperament, and needs. When Willow was with her, Azucena provided wonderful updates and pictures that made it clear that Willow was happy and well cared for.
Fiorela took care of our two large, energetic labrador retrievers for a long weekend. She doted on them and kept them plenty busy, with photos and updates every day. She even sent them home with some yummy homemade treats. We would definitely be happy to have her care for our pups again!
Milad took amazing care of our 6 year old golden doodle Yoshi Bear. Yoshi gets anxious sometimes but we found him to be relaxed and happy when we picked him up.
