About: Hi, I’m Steph! I’m a full time nurse with a passion for animals and I’d love to help care for your fur babies! I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, we recently lost our 15 year old kitty but our home is still full of chaos and love with 3 dogs and 3 birds 🥰 I’m currently transitioning from working in the hospital full time to working from home so I’ll have a lot more flexibility in my schedule to give your pets the attention they deserve! I’ll care for your pets like they are my own! Any needs or directions I will follow perfectly to make sure your pet is as comfortable with me as possible.
“David was great caring for my multiple jumbo breed dogs. Communicated well, was on time and kept them safe and comfortable - and he did it on very short notice! I will definitely be booking him again soon.”

“Robyn is great! She cared for our cats over the holidays. She made sure to get to know each cat, paid attention to details, and was prompt and communicative. Would book again.”
“Always happy to have Melissa watch our cats while we're away. She's incredibly responsive and shares great detailed updates. She clearly cares about our cats, and it makes us feel so much better about being away for a few days. Can't recommend Melissa enough!”

About: I’ve owned my dog for 13 years and have cared for her since she was a puppy, so I understand the needs of dogs at every stage of life, from playful young dogs to seniors who need extra patience and attention. Having a senior dog has taught me how important routines, comfort, and gentle care are. I’m very attentive, patient, and loving, and I treat every pet like family. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I also value communication and keeping owners updated for peace of mind. Being around animals truly makes me happy, and I love giving pets a fun, caring, and stress-free experience ❤️ I currently work full time but also have penalty of time during the weekends and Tuesday mornings. Weekends Saturday & Sunday all day available for the most part. Tuesday morning from as early as needed until 11am:) I am an active person who loves to go on long walks! I take their comfort very serious, as a dog owner of a senior baby I ensure their comfort if above mine. My senior currently is staying with my family so all my attention is with your fur baby! I will ensure your fur baby is comfortable in my home with space, trust, and walks!
About: I'm excited to have your furry friend over and will give them all the TLC they deserve while sticking to their regular schedules. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu and Husky/Shepherd mix at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.
“Vanessa did an amazing job taking care of my cat, Sol! She was attentive, reliable, and made sure Sol was happy and well-cared for while I was away. I loved the updates and could tell Sol was in great hands. Highly recommend Vanessa for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: I have two cats of my own, and three other cats in my house! Since I was a little kid I have absolutely adored cats, and I love caring for them. I find comfort in just knowing they are there with me, even if they aren't cuddling. I don't have dogs of my own, but I have dog sat for my friends while they were away! I have my cat with me in college, so I have to make sure my space is clean and he is safe. My cats safety is my top concern, and hes my biggest love :) This will vary, but if asked I will clean litter, feed, walk, play with. Really anything you need for your pet, I can help with.
“Sophia took great care of my cat while I was away. I’ve never had someone watch my cat before and she listened to all of my thoughts and answered my questions kindly. Sophia sent updates and photos while I was away and I am thankful she cared for my cat so well!”

I’m a civil engineer with a frenchie pup working from home! Dog-walking or pet sitting will be a smooth addition to my daily routine that your pup and I will enjoy! “Jessica was did an excellent job taking care of our 15-year old Pug and his special health needs. She was always on time and did a great job communicating all the details about her visits. We particularly loved the many photos that she took of our dog during each visit! It made us feel very comfortable being away from home and knowing that our Pug was in good hands with her care. She was very attentive, and we would absolutely use Jessica again.”

About: I have experience with both cats and dogs, mostly in my personal life. I took two of my pups through levels 1 and 2 puppy training classes, which gave me sime insights on how dogs respond to us as humans. I can administer medications as prescribed if needed. I have no preference, big or small, woof or meow. I love them all. Please let me know what you need and we can make a plan to take care of your lovies. My schedule is often flexible for drop-ins and I can also do most holidays. I'm happy to take your fur baby for a walk or just snuggle and brush them. I can also serve their treats and entertain with their favorite toys. You decide what best serves your pet.
About: I’ve been the neighborhood dog walker growing up since 2010! I love dogs more than people and would choose play time over party time any day. I’m currently on contract assignments so my work is sporadic and part time so I have a ton of free time while my son is at school I live in a fenced off home, we have puppy doors to get to the back yard and gates in the home to keep out the kitchen
Aspen Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Teffni does such a great job with her drop in visits. I can tell by all the photos she takes that our pups feel very comfortable with her and I have peace of mind that a trusted person is taking care of them and giving them a break while we're away at work for the day. Thank you so much, Teffni!

Kelly dropped in to check on our two large senior dogs and did a great job. She was responsive, careful to follow the instructions, and beforehand asked good questions to get to know their routines and needs. The dogs seemed to take to her very quickly too. Thank you!

Emily has been an absolute blessing to our family! She comes a couple of times each week to walk and watch our puppy while we’re at work. She is incredibly patient with our energetic pup, has a very flexible schedule, and is always extremely reliable. We have complete peace of mind knowing our puppy is in her care, and we’re so grateful for the extra help she provides on the days we need it most.

Jefferson is fantastic! Very responsive and quite knowledgable about German Shepherds! Our puppy really enjoyed meeting him and we've subsequently booked him for recurring visits. He's even working with him on some puppy training, learning/reinforcing commands. I would highly recommend Jefferson for your pet care needs!
