“Marika was wonderful to work with! She communicated quickly and let us know how our puppy Ella was every step of the way. She was also very flexible in working with us to get our apt keys. We could definitely tell Ella loved her and had a great time!”

About: I've been dog walking ever since 2020, starting with my sister's retriever mix, my neighbor's dogs of similar size (85 lbs), and a family friend’s corgi. I'm used to taking care of dogs with a lot of energy! I've been entrusted to take of care my sister's dog on my own for extended periods of time since then, spanning anywhere from a week to over two months. I am available mostly from 10 am - 4 pm on weekdays, barring any special circumstances. On weekends I am less flexible in the afternoons. I have a fenced in yard that is decently spacious with lots of slopes for dogs to run across. It's perfect for a game of fetch or just a case of the zoomies! While I do spend most of the day on my own, I can give enough attention to any dog that needs it because of my flexible schedule.
“Erin was great with Pepper! She was prompt so Pepper could stay on schedule, asked clarifying when something was unclear, sent us updates! Overall, it’s clear Pepper loves Erin and Erin loves Pepper!”

About: “Lifetime pet lover with experience caring for my own dog and my current cat. Excited to provide loving and reliable care for your furry friends!” “My schedule is flexible right now, so I’m available pretty much anytime to care for your pet! Morning, afternoon, or evening—I’ll be there whenever you need! I provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for pets, trying to ensure they feel at ease with gentle care, attention, and plenty of affection.
“Khadija is amazing! Given the pandemic, I had to book a sitter for my trip without meeting them beforehand, as my previous sitter was not available. Despite this, Khadija was consistently responsive during the booking phase and throughout the stay. My cat Rory was super happy and calm when I returned after 8 days and it was clear that he was looked after from Khadija's regular updates. Will be super happy to request Khadija to care for and play with Rory in the future. THANK YOU!”

“Lilla was great for visiting with my two pups! She was flexible and quick to respond when I needed a sitter due to unexpected trip to attend a funeral. She communicated well and provided me pictures of her visits. She even cleaned up after one of my pups when she got sick in the house. I’d recommend her and will use her again. Thank you, Lilla, and sorry about the pup mess!”

“Annika was super professional and responsive - I'd book her again for animal care! No issues with anything and it sounds like she has animals of her own that she treats just as well as yours.”

“Hannah was so great with our anxious dog Penny! She kept us updated and sent lots of photos. We will definitely be asking Hannah to take care of Penny in the future!”

“Jonathan is very friendly and nice. He came to meet and see puppies before the actual book to get to know them. He’s well taken care of them and dogs are very happy. He did a big favor for us. I truly recommend him as dog sitter.”

About: I like most, have been around fur babies most of my life. Ive been walking and sitting since 2014. They give the best snuggles and emotional fulfillment that you just can't get anywhere else. Im experienced with medication needs and special requirements if there are any physical issues or injuries that l need to keep an eye on. Ive been sitting Regularly for the past 9 years and its given me the opportunity to work with so many different breed, personalities from 10lb biscuits to 144lb bundles of pup. I always strive to create and maintain a strong sense of family with every animal I meet. I also don't mind any to-do lists during the sit either with the Fur babies or the House. I like to say that Im full service if the need arises I work full time with a dog walking company at the moment but my availability for sitting request can be either adjusted or a none issue on a case by case basis Yes for the last 14yrs I have house sat at the clients location over night or potty/check in when scheduled with very good client satisfaction upon there return.

“Landy was fantastic! She is very attentive and communicative, giving us detailed daily reports and lots of pics, which gained our trust knowing our cat was in great care. We definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs, and we look forward to booking her in the future to take care of ours.”

“Jordan was so wonderful! We had a mix up (entirely my fault) about the location of the job, and she was extremely accomodating and professional. She did a great job taking care of our cat, and you can just tell by the way she writes her daily updates that she really cares about the pets she sits for! Our kitty is a little shy and needs a lot of TLC, but she took to Jordan right away. We will absolutely hire her again the next time we're out of town!”

“Kasmin is our go to sitter for Louis. She does an excellent job at communicating with us and sending tons of photo without us even having to ask. She continues to be so reliable and provides us with such peace of mind when watching Louis that we have recommended her to our friends.”

“Jason dropped in to check in on my 2 dogs over the last weekend while I was out at a seminar. He was very punctual, followed directions, communicative, and my pups seemed very happy when I came home later in the day. Looking forward to Jason staying with my pups during my upcoming trip.”

“Hig was so great with our kittens!!! She did drop in visits for our 4 month old energetic kittens who need a lot of attention, and she was wonderful with them! She played with them and held them a lot (which they love!), and she spent even more time with them than what we booked! 😊 The kittens looked like they loved her! We were worried to leave our young kittens for the weekend but Hig was so sweet and caring for them. Will definitely book her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Silver Spring
Syd was amazing with my two furbabies while we were on our vacation. She cared for one very active and high energy dog along with a senior dog that isn’t getting around much. Both have very different care needs and Syd was able to accommodate both. All updates and pictures were timely and she even highlighted changes she noticed in my senior dog for my awareness. I absolutely recommend Syd for your
Joelle and Andrew fully lived up to their 5 star rating! They were excellent with our anxious Queso from the initial moments of our meet/greet all the way through our vacation. We so appreciate the connection they established with Queso, the consistent updates on his walks and wellbeing and their attentiveness to all details. We will definitely use them again!

Maura was absolutely wonderful with Duchess! This was my first time leaving Duchess home without me for several days, so I was definitely a little nervous, but Maura made the entire experience so much easier. She was attentive, spent quality time with her, took her on walks, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. I especially appreciated how consistent Maura was with sending updates and pictures and letting me know how Duchess was doing throughout the day. I would absolutely book with Maura again. I think Duchess may have officially found herself a new babysitter!

Landy has been walking our dogs every day for the last weeks and we are so happy. One dog recently had ACL surgery and requires some support on her walk and Landy does a great job managing that situation and providing them with daily love. She sends pictures and is really easy to work with. Best of all, the pups clearly love her.

Tenzin was excellent, very conscientious and communicative. She did everything I asked of her, and my pets (a dog and 2 cats) seemed to love her. She wasn't fazed at all by my 120 lb dog or my 6.5 lb cat; she handled both extremes with skill, confidence and care. I'll be looking to rebook her regularly from now on if possible!

Kasmin is our go to sitter for Louis. She does an excellent job at communicating with us and sending tons of photo without us even having to ask. She continues to be so reliable and provides us with such peace of mind when watching Louis that we have recommended her to our friends.

Rachel is an excellent care person : kind and caring. She also gave us wonderful photos of the dogs. during her stay there was a strong thunderstorm which frightened the dogs. There was also a dead squirrel in the yard - which had never happened before. Rachel handled it all well: letting me know what was happening. i would trust her and use her again.

My dog Duke loved his time with Ashley each day, twice a day for a week. It was daily complete and total professionalism. Each visit included feeding, changing water, administration of medication, walking and playing with him. Absolutely recommend her and plan to have her help again in the future.
