“As always, our doggos seem so happy when we get home. Derek and Christina always send up picture updates with each visit, and they’re very communicative. They are very reliable and trustworthy.”

About: I have had many dogs over the years, all adopted. Have fostered dogs too. Your pet will have access to several dog beds. My cairn and I would love to watch your dog with you are away. I am recently retired so am home most of the time. So your pet will get care and attention all day long that includes one daily walk. Additional walks available for a fee. I have a stockade fenced in back yard. I go outside several times during the day to hang on my deck and let my dog explore and play.
“Cindy is AMAZING! She took such amazing care of my boys, and I will continue to book with her when I go out of town. She is someone who you can trust and my cats warmed up to her very quick!”

“Azucena was a great cat sitter for my cats. She is the most well prepared and detailed sitter that I have ever booked. I look forward to having her sit for my cats the next time I need a sitter.”

“Jonathan is very friendly and nice. He came to meet and see puppies before the actual book to get to know them. He’s well taken care of them and dogs are very happy. He did a big favor for us. I truly recommend him as dog sitter.”

About: I've been dog walking ever since 2020, starting with my sister's retriever mix, my neighbor's dogs of similar size (85 lbs), and a family friend’s corgi. I'm used to taking care of dogs with a lot of energy! I've been entrusted to take of care my sister's dog on my own for extended periods of time since then, spanning anywhere from a week to over two months. I am available mostly from 10 am - 4 pm on weekdays, barring any special circumstances. On weekends I am less flexible in the afternoons. I have a fenced in yard that is decently spacious with lots of slopes for dogs to run across. It's perfect for a game of fetch or just a case of the zoomies! While I do spend most of the day on my own, I can give enough attention to any dog that needs it because of my flexible schedule.
“I am so glad we picked Scott to check in on our cats while we were away on vacation! The “report cards” were great and filled with lots of photos and videos! Scott is professional and clearly cares a lot about animals. 10/10 will book again!”

About: Hi! I’m Helena, a lifelong dog lover and experienced owner of a large, high-energy dog. I know that every dog has a different personality, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether your pup enjoys a long walk, a leisurely sniff around the neighborhood, or just some extra attention while you’re away, I’m happy to tailor each visit to their needs. I’m comfortable with larger breeds and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. You can count on me to treat your dog like one of my own. I’ll provide plenty of updates, photos, and reliable care so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am available any day of the week. I know last minute needs happen so I am available same day if needed. Hope to see you soon! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll follow your care instructions, keep fresh water available, clean up after walks, and make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and exercise. I’ll also send photo updates and messages so you know how they’re doing while you’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and will always use safe leash-handling practices.
“Big thanks to Natalia and Edward for taking such amazing care of our two cats! They were very attentive and communicative and made sure everything went smooth while we were away. I could tell my cats were happy and well-loved, which says a lot of the care Natalia and Edward provided. I really appreciated the updates—they kept me totally at ease. I am particularly thankful for the daily pictures and for flagging that one of the automatic feeders wasn't working properly. Reach out to them if you’re looking for trustworthy pet sitters.”

“Samuel was a wonderful sitter! He was very attentive and responsible, he sent great summaries and pictures, and was flexible when fitting me in last minute. My rambunctious kitty had a great with him!”

“Anton was great with my two kitties. Hey played with them everyday and sent lots of pictures. It was really easy to communicate with him all week. I would definitely use him again. One of our cats is usually shy, but after the first day we saw pictures of the cat hanging out with Anton.”

“Jazzel was an excellent dog walker. She helped me when my current dog walker could not continue walking buddy. She reported all the details of the visit efficiently and gave us peace of mind. She was punctual, informative and responsible. This was my first time using rover and I had a great experience thanks to Jazzel. I will definitely work with her in the future.”

“Larquana was great with our 2 cats! She played with them and even our scaredy let her pet him. She was consistent with photos, updates, and general communication. Much appreciated!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 8 years. Whenever a family member goes on vacation, they trust me with taking care of their pet while they are gone. I work a set schedule so I have a bit of free time. Normally I’m free the same days every week. I’m very flexible with my schedule. I am respectful of how others wish for their pet to be taken care of and I abide by their wishes. At home I have 2 dogs and a fenced yard to keep them safe.
About: Hi, I'm Dallin (AKA Dilly Dally). I'm a life-long dog owner and lover. I've had my current dog, Hobbes, since he was a puppy. I've house-trained, crate-trained, and otherwise obedience-trained him and raised him to adulthood. He's a sweet Cavapoo, but I've also owned and taken care of much bigger dogs. I understand the patience, consistency, and attentiveness that different stages, sizes, and personalities require. Whatever your dog's needs are, be it a walk, a potty break, or just some playtime, I will treat them with the same care and consistency I give my own. I'm comfortable with dogs of different temperaments and managing different routines and needs. I work as a part-time substitute teacher, so my schedule is very flexible. If you have a specific schedule, I will likely be able to meet it. I'm happy to visit and take care of your dog in your home. I will follow specific routines, feeding instructions, or training reinforcement you'd like.
About: I have 3 years of pet store experience plus current work as a dog daycare attendant, where I independently manage rooms of up to 14 dogs per shift, including large breeds. I am trained to recognize signs of stress, illness, discomfort, and aggressive behavior, and I use proven correction techniques to keep the group safe and under control. Through daily hands-on work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I have become comfortable and confident with any dog. This combination of retail pet-care knowledge and real daycare leadership allows me to provide attentive, informed, and reliable care for your pet. I currently work as a dog daycare attendant with shifts from 1:50pm to 7:30pm, so I am available every morning until noon for drop-in visits, walks, and playtime. My schedule is consistent, which means your pet can count on reliable care during those morning hours. With hands-on experience managing groups of dogs and a strong background in pet care, I give each visit my full attention so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after instructions closely so feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and any special needs are done exactly the way your pet is used to. I give them my full attention the entire visit and keep their home respected and left as I found it. On walks, safety comes first. I keep a secure grip on the leash at all times, stay aware of other dogs, traffic, and surroundings, and avoid situations that could put the pet at risk. I also watch for signs of stress or overstimulation so the walk stays comfortable, not chaotic. My goal is simple: your pet should feel safe, calm, and well cared for in their own space, and you should feel confident leaving them with me.
About: I've been caring for dogs since I was a kid. It all started with walking an older neighbor's dog, Hawk. At the time, I just thought it was nice that my neighbor trusted me to walk and play with him. Looking back, I realize that arrangement was mutually beneficial and served as my introduction to dog care. Since then, I've become the go-to person for family and friends to watch their pets, especially dogs. Most recently, I had the pleasure of caring for my great furphew while my niece settled into college life. I plan to adopt a puppy or dog one day. I'm just waiting until I'm sure I'm ready for the commitment. Until then, I'm happy to be a pup aunt! My availability recently changed. I'm generally available on weekends in the morning and afternoon. I try to keep my calendar updated, but will respond quickly if I'm unavailable for a request. I'm not able to provide care in my apartment, but I'm willing to drop in at your home and play for a bit, refill food and water, or let your dog out to explore and potty. Just let me know what you need, and I'll let you know if I can help.
About: Hi! I’m Heather, a lifelong animal lover and a mom who knows a thing or two about caring for little beings who depend on you. I’m reliable, attentive, and the kind of person who will treat your pet like they’re my own. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, so I’m happy to follow your routines, give plenty of updates, and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they’re used to. I’m comfortable with everything from walks and playtime to feeding, medication routines, cuddles, and simply keeping your pet company. I’m also very respectful of your home and will leave things exactly as I found them. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to get to know you and your pets! I’m currently working part time, so my days and weeks tend to be very flexible! I have plenty of time to love on your furry friends! I have my own experience living with and caring for pets, so I understand that they’re not just animals in the house—they’re family. My goal is to make their time without you as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Annika is always so sweet and amazing with Brooklyn!! 🥹💕 She’s been watching her since she was only 8 weeks old and now she’s almost 17 weeks, so I love that she’s been there since the beginning and has gotten to watch her grow! She always has great communication and sends me the cutest pictures and updates. I also really appreciate that she reinforces the things I’m teaching Brooklyn like her commands, sit, her name, etc. She actually takes the time to engage with her and work with her which means so much to me. I always know my baby is in good hands with Annika! 💕🐶

Scott was great at checking in on both our dog and cat! He was a very reliable dog walker, and we greatly appreciated his check-ins and walks with our dog, Ashton, throughout the weekend. I would definitely recommend Scott and will certainly be requesting his services again in the future!

Joanne is a great sitter, she did an excellent job with my Hershey! She stayed in contact with me throughout the evening, checked in with updates regarding Hershey, and shared pictures. This was my first time using a sitter through Rover and I’m so glad I lucked out with Joanne. Her experience with pets was perfect for Hershey (and me lol) since he’s still a young puppy and used to being with me mostly. I will definitely work with her again!

Chedda was amazing with my dogs! She was reliable, followed all of my instructions, kept them entertained, and went above and beyond during her visits. My dogs took to her right away, and I felt completely comfortable knowing they were safe and well cared for while I was away. I would absolutely book with her again!

Tenzin was excellent, very conscientious and communicative. She did everything I asked of her, and my pets (a dog and 2 cats) seemed to love her. She wasn't fazed at all by my 120 lb dog or my 6.5 lb cat; she handled both extremes with skill, confidence and care. I'll be looking to rebook her regularly from now on if possible!

As always Angela has been an amazing sitter to my little Rosie. I go on a lot of work trips and this time I extended with some person vacation. I never had to worry about Rosie because I knew she was in good hands. Angela is excellent with communicating and providing updates. Thank you Angela you really are the best! ❤️

Teffni does such a great job with her drop in visits. I can tell by all the photos she takes that our pups feel very comfortable with her and I have peace of mind that a trusted person is taking care of them and giving them a break while we're away at work for the day. Thank you so much, Teffni!

Ilana was fantastic.Ilana took excellent care of my dog Duke while I was out of town for three days. She was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about Duke’s well-being. She handled feeding and walking him twice a day, and giving his daily medication without any issues. It gave me real peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend Ilana to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
