Jason, and his wife, treated our dogs as family. That was the best part for my wife and I as we could tell that our girls were being treated with love and care. Their home is set up well for dogs and Honey feel in love with one of their dog beds (it's a Casper) and several of the pictures Jason shared showed her hard asleep on the bed. Fozzy loves her frisbee time so we brought one and Jason entertained her, and exhausted her, daily with play time. Again, we got pictures of Fozzy with the frisbee in her mouth and what looked like a smile on her face. Highly recommend Jason and we will definitely be booking with him in the future.
Kelly is a fantastic dog sitter!! Our dog Penny stayed for two weeks and throughout our trip, Kelly sent pictures, videos, and helpful updates. Kelly managed all of Penny's health needs and kept us updated if there were any new developments. Penny had such a fun time at Kelly's place - we will absolutely be booking with Kelly again the next time we need a dog sitter!
My dogs were well cared for, and Natalia and Edward were very accommodating and flexible for meet & greet, scheduling drop off, and pickup. After our meet and greet, I knew Tim, his wife and pup Mindy would be a good fit for Izzy. They did a great job communicating with us. From the updates, photos and video, we could tell that Izzy was well cared for and treated like one of their own beloved dogs. We really appreciated the pup pick-up & drop off option at our house and the safe dog seat they had. Highly recommend!
I was away on a long trip and anxious about being away from Charlie for such a long time. Stephen cared for Charlie like he was part of his family. I received daily updates about Charlie's activities, and the photos gave me peace of mind that Charlie was having a great time and being treated like a king. Charlie also has a medical condition, and Stephen was diligent about administering medications and monitoring Charlie. I highly recommend Stephen to care for your pup when you need to travel. 5/5 stars!
I use Pallavi and Alex all the time to board my dog, Oreo. But this time was exceptional. We had a sudden family emergency and I scheduled with them last minute - scheduled at 11am and dropped off at 1pm. It was all very rushed - I forgot the dog bed. Within 24 hrs, the family emergency became a death and I was going to be gone not for the 3 days I had planned but for 10. I contacted them, and it was no problem to extend Oreo's stay. Not only that, I had not left enough food, but of course they wouldn't let Oreo go hungry. I was able to deal with my family's situation knowing my pup was well taken care of and I really appreciated it. Thank you Pallavi and Alex for everything!
