My dog is very anxious and is usually scared of new people but she warmed up to Diana as soon as she met her. You can tell that Diana loves dogs (her own pup is adorable) and treated Stevie like she was her own. Diana wanted to know all about my dog’s schedule, likes and dislikes and personality. She was responsive, communicative, and sent daily updates and pictures so I knew my dog was comfortable and having a wonderful time. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edward and Natalia. We had a meet and greet a week prior where they asked a lot of questions and observed Ralphie with their sweet pup, Liz Lemon. I always worry leaving Ralphie with a new Rover. He has been described as “extra” and needs a lot of attention/human presence. Within an hour of dropping him off, I got a note that he is settling in fine with a picture of him cozied up with the family and this eased my mind immensely. They were very responsive when I reached out and had everything ready to go when I picked him up. The biggest testament, however, is Ralphie’s behavior on the drive home. If let’s me know if he didn’t like his stay somewhere, but leaving Natalia and Edward he was calm and well behaved. They deserve this 5-star review and j would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.”

Yvonne took Levi in at the last minute and took care of all his medications and dietary needs for 8 days. She was very communicative and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for better care for Leo while we were in Mexico. It was clear the moment we dropped him off he was in loving and attentive hands. They sent us daily updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Leo has some complicated health needs and those needs didn't seem like a burden to them, they managed it all with grace and ease. Most importantly, Leo was happy. He clearly had the best time and transitioned into their home like he was part of the family. We are incredibly grateful for the care, attention, and love they gave him. Stephanie has been wonderful to communicate with. I enjoyed our meet and greet and appreciate the thorough exchange of information we had, including allowing Starbucks to be acquainted with areas inside and outside of her house. She made Starbucks feel immediately comfortable. I appreciate her patience as I provided handover notes for his care, including the fact that she is able to administer Starbucks' insulin shots. I very much appreciate her experience and comfort caring for senior dogs! It made me feel so much at ease leaving Starbucks under her care, and not at all worried even with Starbucks' separation anxiety. One of the best parts is seeing pictures of him feeling at home in her home and receiving an update. I also know that Stephanie's family had an integral role in welcoming Starbucks to their home and making him feel a part of their home. We had a fantastic experience with Courtney who recently looked after our miniature poodle Buddy (1 year old). Our initial contact was great with a familiarisation meet-up which was re-assuring. At our meet up we met both Courtney and Scott, and had a good chat about Buddy and how to best prepare for his future stay. For the stay itself, our 5pm drop off went well with Buddy immediately going for a walk with Courtney and Scott. We then had daily communication over the following week with lots of photos, updates and exchanges. Buddy was very comfortable with his temporary home and in a good routine with food, walks, sleep etc. Collection was smooth, and Buddy quickly settled back at home. We definitely recommend Coutney and Scott, and as well as appreciating their care, we also took advice from them as to things we could consider ourselves to help Buddy in the future. Thank you!
We had a really great experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. You can tell how much care and attention went into making sure everything was comfortable, safe, and fun. Our dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly loved. Our senior dog Gus had a great stay with Jackie. He was comfortable with her and got lots of attention. She had his bed nearby so he could sleep where she was in the house and we received many pictures throughout the stay. Gus happily fell asleep cuddled on the couch! We will definitely use Jackie again.
I always trust Maria to take excellent care of Hazel while we’re away. I know I don’t have to worry when I book Maria, whether it’s for a short term or long term stay. I also forgot to provide extra food for my dog Hazel but Maria took care of it. Maria is a gem and truly knows how to care for dogs. Hazel is looking forward to the next pupcation.
