Under my care, your pet will also have the opportunity to spent a lovely time with my dog, Jackie, who loves to entertain other dogs. I am a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy pet sitter who will treat your pets as if they were my own. I understand the importance of maintaining their routines and ensuring they feel safe and secure while you are away. I provide regular updates and photos/videos to keep you informed about your pet's well-being and activities while you are away. Working from home, I am able to look after your pet all day everyday. Since I take my dog on a walk every morning, I will be happy to do the same for your pet. I have a huge fenced backyard with a dog who likes to entertain other dogs. Your pet will have a great time playing with my dog in the backyard.

About: I’ve cared for many of my own dogs & dogs of friends, gf’s, etc. since the late 1980s. I’m a long time dog owner and dog lover, who is also a professional and former small business owner - who is mature, responsible, and serious. On the professional side, I have a combination of organizational/business management and basic sales/marketing & customer service training. I own a single family home with a large yard. My “main job” is in tech and I work from home nearly every day. I’m minutes away from a large park as well. The pets (and people) under my care receive a lot of loving attention in a safe, higher end neighborhood. I have a fenced yard backing up to a very serene, wooded/natural setting with tons of trees. If needed, my home has specific crates/cages and multiple rooms, depending on what the circumstances require. However, usually most pets are allowed to roam freely throughout most of the house and yard, as long as they do not conflict with or disrupt others.

Recently he's started going back into the office 2-3x a wk, and our puppy (Bingsoo) is now only 6months. She is still in the process of being house broken and is in need to be crated while we aren't home. 8hrs+ in a crate is not ideal for a puppy, and we would always be rushing home during our lunch break + after work to let her out. Bingsoo has been excited & happy to go back after our first day, so I am confident to say that she loves it at daycare. I have recommended Sasha to my little sister, who also recently got a new puppy, and would highly recommend Sasha to any other pet-parent who is looking for a place for their fur-babies to stay. You can tell a lot by a dog's behavior, especially when it comes to boarding/daycare/grooming, and our Bingsoo's behavior states that she has a ton of fun with people who are loving and kind towards her during her stay.”

About: I have had many dogs over the years, all adopted. Have fostered dogs too. Your pet will have access to several dog beds. My cairn and I would love to watch your dog with you are away. I am recently retired so am home most of the time. So your pet will get care and attention all day long that includes one daily walk. Additional walks available for a fee. I have a stockade fenced in back yard. I go outside several times during the day to hang on my deck and let my dog explore and play.

“From the moment you meet Helena you can tell she is a dog lover -- her face literally lights up. That means she's not only looking after your pup... she is enjoying and getting to know your pup's personality! I dropped my dog Sampson off for a day of doggie daycare expecting her just to look after him and take him for a walk. But she went above and beyond, adding notices about what they were "working on" together. I'd definitely use Helena again!”

About: When it comes to dogs, I have all the patience and love in the world. I'm responsible, playful, and a beacon of positive energy. I've dog sat and walked for friends and neighbors in DC. Our dog Naya (mini Aussie) also loves having a nap buddy. I live in an apartment building that is pet friendly, fenced dog run, conveniently located in within 5min from Rock Creek Park. I have flexible hours. I would be happy to accommodate morning and evening walks when needed. Special Skills: I have been told I give amazing belly rubs. I can sing when they're homesick or feeling down. I am currently on leave from regular 9-5 job. I have flexibility while attending to our own dog (Naya) and personal projects. My partner and I take Naya out 3x a day and try to set up doggy play dates when we can. We doggy proof our apt based on the dog we host as best as possible. We have a small balcony which gives them a great view of nature. We also have an outdoor dog run (fenced) within the building and plenty of friendly dogs that they would get to interact with if they want otherwise there’s plenty of options to go to the nearby rock creek park for personal space too.
