Jiao kept in close communication about our dog. She sent several pictures and videos per day. My dog acted happy and playful in her house. She came recommended by a friend and I would definitely book with her again.

Jiao was wonderful! Our pup needed a surgery unexpectedly a few days before arriving to Jiao’s, and she was absolutely wonderful and gracious in taking on additional responsibilities like administering medication and sending photos of our pup’s wound so we could monitor healing. We are so grateful for her, and our dog was so well cared for when we were away.
Jiao was great and my cats were clearly very comfortable in her home. I got multiple photos and videos every day and Jiao was also very flexible and responsive.
Really excellent care of Bibi. I highly recommend.
