I was a little worried at first because he gets a little territorial around his house toward other dogs but has always been good at doggy day care, I just thought maybe since it was out of a house, he would think it was his right away, haha! He takes the time to learn about your dog, asking probing (and important) questions at the meet and greet, confirming vaccination status, and introducing your dog to the new environment and the other dogs he might be looking after or walking that day with thoughtfulness and care. Milo is a bit anxious; he gets overexcited when meeting new people and is initially timid around other dogs. Justin’s calm matter-of-fact energy around dogs put Milo quickly at ease and he’s happy to be dropped off and happy when I pick him up. This is in contrast to a commercial day care center I recently checked out, in which Milo was overwhelmed by the more frenetic energy he was thrown into. Justin is also super reliable and responsive and very much deserves a 5-star review.”

He starts getting excited about 1/2 mile away, and then jumps out of the car and runs for the front door, always excited to play with all his buddies. Over the last few years I have been traveling a lot, and I really can’t express how glad I am that we found Ming and the CARE Family. It gives me such peace of mind to know that not only is Dude having fun, but he is being cared for as if he is part of their family - actually, when your dog stays with Ming they ARE part of the family. Dude’s time there has also been instrumental in socializing him with other dogs - something I wasn’t sure we’d ever achieve. Five stars really isn’t enough; I’d leave 10 stars if I could! I couldn’t be happier with Adi & Pat’s care for Louie! They communicate well and clearly, they asked good questions to make sure they’d cover all the bases for Louie’s care, and provided regular updates and photos, which were greatly appreciated. Louie came home happy and relaxed after his stay and knowing he had a comfortable time is great peace of mind. We as Valerie's owners added a complicated wrinkle -- I am traveling and have the Rover.com account, and my daughters were on the ground doing the drop off and pick up.
