Lifelong animal lover with hands on rescue experience through my family's dog orphanage in Sri Lanka. I've also rescued stray dogs in Oman. I have experience caring for playful puppies and senior dogs, and every pet is treated like family with love, patience, and personalized care. Shanilka was wonderful with Charlie! She kept us updated with plenty of photos and sweet messages, which made us feel comfortable knowing he was happy and well cared for. Charlie especially enjoyed meeting her baby and would go to check on her whenever she cried, it was adorable! Shanilka was attentive, communicative, and clearly treated Charlie like part of her family. We would gladly book with her again and highly recommend her!
Shanilka was an absolute lifesaver! This was my first time ever leaving Toby with a sitter, and she made the whole process completely stress-free. Right before I dropped him off, Toby got into a chicken bone (of course), but Shanilka wasn't fazed. She was calm and happy to keep an extra eye on him, which was such a relief. She sent plenty of photos and videos while I was away so I always knew how he was doing. It was so clear Toby got tons of love and had a wonderful time. I’ll definitely be booking with Shanilka again. I can't recommend her enough!
My experience with Shanilka was fantastic — she boarded my young dog for 4+ days when I had to travel on very short notice. First, she was very accommodating and helpful with my difficult schedule. She welcome my puppy (7 months) and nicely handled the usual adjustment period and puppy energy and accidents and nervousness about a new place. Through my trip, she gave me quick updates and comfort that all was well. She deserves an award….

I supervise them at all times, offer plenty of playtime and rest, and follow each pet’s routine closely. Your furry baby will be treated like family, with attention, love, and safety as my top priorities
A typical day
A typical day with me is structured around your dog's comfort, routine, and individual needs. I provide: Regular potty breaks every 3–4 hours throughout the day and one final potty break right before bedtime. Longer walks in the morning and evening to provide exercise and mental stimulation. Plenty of attention, affection, and rest to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and at home.
