“Yuandi did a great job watching my two cats for 4 nights. One of the cats is new to the household, so I was nervous about leaving them alone and just doing drop-ins, so I had her housesit as well. The cats did great and she was communicative, took good care of them, and I hardly could even tell she'd been here she was so neat! Would definitely have her watch the cats again.”

“Alex was great! He arrived a few minutes early, and our dogs were happy to see him. He spent a few hours with our girls and walked, played with, fed, and snuggled with them. He was very professional and my dogs seemed to take liking right away when first meeting him. I was a little worried, as one of my dogs has some leash reactivity, but Michael ensured me he has experience with reactive dogs, and explained his steps in handling it. While I was away for a long weekend, I got regular detailed updates with pictures. When I returned, my house was clean, my dogs seemed happy and well taken care of. Will definitely have Michael stay with my 2 goobers again in the future.”

“Rover should offer a 10-Star rating choice because Maria Rodriguez was absolutely outstanding! She treated our four pets -- two cats, one old dog and one rambunctious 50-pound puppy -- like royalty. We returned from our 12-day trip to find our house in perfect condition and our pets probably miss her already. She had no problem with making sure one cat had her allergy pill and the puppy had her ear drops and she quickly mastered the old dog's "I need to go outside" bark. She also sent us darling pictures of cozy cats and the dogs at play. We will certainly call on her again. I did not realize Rover had a tip system but tipped her personally for her above-and-beyond service.”
