About: My husband and I both grew up with dogs and are well-experienced dog owners. My husband, especially, has owned dogs of all different breeds, to include champion Russian Wolfhounds (his mom used to show dogs!). We have 3 young kids at the moment, all who love to pet and care for animals, espeically dogs, and will show them so much love and affection! We are responsible and will make sure pets are well taken care of and dogs are walked, fed and have a safe house to live in while they are away from their owners. My husband and I both work from home full-time, so someine is always at home to watch over your pet and take them for walks when needed. We may have to step out for a couple hours in the evening to take kids to activities, but we are always home by bedtime/well before bedtime. We have a fenced yard, and can crate the dog if needed. However, if your dog is comfortable, they can also sleep on a dog bed in our kids' room, our room, or really wherever they choose in the house. For dog walking services, both my husband and I will make sure we enter the house as instructed and lock the door when we leave. We both like to run, so are also happy to take your dog on a run if they have the energy!

One of our cats has an extremely rare medical device implanted in his bladder, which requires very careful and precise management. Residents and their pets needed to be evacuated. Mary ended up having to bring my cats to a boarding facility. She put them all in their crates, walked up and down eight flights of stairs in my building, put them in her car, drove them, and then admitted them to the chosen boarding facility. Through it all, Mary maintained constant communication and care regarding the well being of my cats. I would highly recommend Mary as a petsitter for your pets!! About: I’ve cared for many of my own dogs & dogs of friends, gf’s, etc. since the late 1980s. I’m a long time dog owner and dog lover, who is also a professional and former small business owner - who is mature, responsible, and serious. On the professional side, I have a combination of organizational/business management and basic sales/marketing & customer service training. I own a single family home with a large yard. My “main job” is in tech and I work from home nearly every day. I’m minutes away from a large park as well. The pets (and people) under my care receive a lot of loving attention in a safe, higher end neighborhood. I have a fenced yard backing up to a very serene, wooded/natural setting with tons of trees. If needed, my home has specific crates/cages and multiple rooms, depending on what the circumstances require. However, usually most pets are allowed to roam freely throughout most of the house and yard, as long as they do not conflict with or disrupt others.
