“This was our first time using Galen and she was fantastic with our 8.5 year old Wheaton Terrier who has a lot of energy! She got a lot of exercise and love and we got amazing pictures! The only time our dog is sad is during a storm. They provided her all the comfort she needed to get through it. She came home happy and tired and clearly had a great visit. “What a great experience having Diana watch Stevie.From the minute we met at a meet & greet in her home, I knew Stevie would be in caring, trustworthy hands. My dog is very anxious and is usually scared of new people but she warmed up to Diana as soon as she met her. You can tell that Diana loves dogs (her own pup is adorable) and treated Stevie like she was her own. Diana wanted to know all about my dog’s schedule, likes and dislikes and personality. She was responsive, communicative, and sent daily updates and pictures so I knew my dog was comfortable and having a wonderful time. We left our dog, Tilly, for the first time with Sydney this past week while we were out of town and couldn’t be happier with our sitter choice. Sydney was amazing and Tilly was so well cared for during our time away. Sydney was communicative, took Tilly on longs walks, and gave her so much love! I’m not sure Tilly wanted to come back home!
Stephanie provided excellent care to my 14 yr old dog, again. She made him comfortable in her home, took him for walks, administered meds, and found ways to make his food more palatable (something that we’ve tried to do for years!). I highly recommend Stephanie and look forward to boarding Dillon (and any possible future dogs) with her!
Megan is a fabulous sitter! She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful about the pets she takes care of. We recently had our pup stay at her house for a full week and she was great on insisting a meet and greet before we committed and set up communication with me and my husband so we could both get pictures. Natalia and Edward were wonderful with my dog, Olly! From the start, they were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made me feel completely comfortable leaving Olly in their care. Throughout the week, they sent me regular updates and lots of cute pictures, which I really appreciated, it was so nice to see how happy he looked. They clearly took great care of him and made sure he got plenty of attention and love. When I picked him up, he was calm, content, and clearly had a great time.
