Kelly provided daycare for our Boxer, Solar, and we couldn’t be happier. She sent pictures and he seemed right at home. He was super tired at the end of the day, which was great. Kelly was very responsive and communicative since I first contacted her. We are looking forward to boarding Solar in a couple of weeks!

⭐️ 1 Star We hired this sitter through Rover to stay in our home and care for our two dogs while we traveled nine hours to attend our son’s engagement party. We had her come to our home three times beforehand so she could become familiar with the dogs, their routine, and our home. We left detailed written instructions regarding feeding and walking times, along with our veterinarian’s information and our contact information. On Friday, she arrived as scheduled and stayed at the house to do laundry, which we had agreed to allow because she had told us her dryer was broken. She then left the house and did not return until approximately 6:35 p.m., although the dogs were supposed to be fed at 5:00 p.m. We began contacting her at 5:00 because we were concerned. When I specifically asked whether the dogs had eaten at 5:00, she told me they had eaten at 6:00 because she needed to get her own food first. Our exterior security cameras documented that she did not return to the house until approximately 6:35 p.m. During this time, one of our dogs was also left outside in the pouring rain while she ate her dinner. We became uncomfortable having her continue caring for our dogs and asked our daughter’s boyfriend to go to the house so we could have her leave and retrieve our key. At that point, she became confrontational and said she had needed emergency dental work, which she said was the reason she was late. This was never communicated to us while we were trying to reach her. When asked to leave, she threw the keys on the floor. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we would have been understanding if she had simply communicated with us. Our concern is the lack of communication, the discrepancy between what we were told about the dogs’ feeding time and what our cameras documented, leaving a dog outside in heavy rain, and the way the situation was handled when we asked her to leave. We trusted this sitter with our dogs and our home while we were nine hours away. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not use this sitter again or recommend her for in-home pet care.

Kelly was very easy to book and communicative during our trip. She sent lots of pics and took great care of our little guy. Would definitely recommend her!

Lucy had a great time with Kelly J and her family. We were updated regularly and felt completely satisfied with the care Lucy was getting. Thank you Kelly!

Kelly was fabulous! She took great care of our dog Sammie. Sent pictures daily and was very communicative and easy going. Would definitely use Kelly’s services again in the future.
