She has cared for our dog while we traveled (far away) twice now - the first time we went on a long planned trip after our dog had an unexpected complicated emergency surgery. This time was more mundane but I know I can trust Candace completely, and that our dog will be so happy in her care. She provides regular updates (including photos and videos) about their andventures and she gets him out and to the park regularly. She figures out the things he loves to do and keeps him entertained. Candace stayed in our home both times she dog sat for us and she both times left it in impeccable condition. Finally, because Candace had limited availability around our travel schedule she worked with us to figure out a care plan with my extended family members so that we had care for the duration of our travel. This required additional coordination on Candace’s part, but she kindly accommodated us anyway. I highly recommend Candace for your pet sitting needs.
This was my dogs first experience with Zach. My dog cried when he realized Zach had left! Zach was on time, very attentive to all he was asked to do for a needy greyhound and a lively macaw. I received regular updates and pictures. Zach was great and I will have him again! Thank you Zach!

Not only did she provide such loving care of my dog, but she acted heroically to save him from a vicious attack by an unleashed dog that appeared out of nowhere. Her heroic actions may have saved his life! She also took such good care of him after he was attacked and helped nurse him back from his injury. She is fantastic!
