“I had a great experience with Laura. She came to my place for a few hours and took wonderful care of Zsa Zsa and Scruffy, even with Zsa Zsa’s puppy energy. They were happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with her. She was respectful of my home and left everything clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. I’d absolutely book again and highly recommend her!”

“Cora was an excellent sitter that got Ozzy and Dee out for many walks. They loved her and she was attentive and an extremely good communicator which put our minds at ease. Definitely will look to book again and highly recommend to all pet owners!”

“Really appreciate Jared's attention to detail. Our pets have a somewhat complicated feeding schedule! Communication level was great and gave us peace of mind while we were away.”

“Molly is great with my puppy. She takes good care of her and plays with her. Molly is very responsive. Sends daily updates and pictures. Follows care instructions very well. And is a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend her.”

“Emily was very responsible in caring for our difficult but beloved cat. When there was a problem, she let us know immediately, and was more than willing to try anything to help solve it. Giving him his medications proved to be impossible, but Emily persisted in taking good care of him. She obviously loves animals and is a mature young woman.”
“Kymberlee took good care of my senior dogs, one of which who requires twice daily medication. She communicated well and sent a lot of photos, which I appreciate. House was left in great condition. Thank you for watching our dogs again!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have been around them my entire life. I currently have a 5 year old German Shepherd mix named Akari who is the absolute love of my life. I also, LOVE taking photos of pets. It's one of my favorite parts of doing Rover! I work Full Time 9am-5pm at the University of Maryland! During the week I can do drop ins/walks early in the morning and after work in the evening! Weekends I am completely open! Let me know what you need and we can work something out! Your pups comfortability is my first priority. I want this to be a fun and enjoyable experience for your dog and will do my best to make sure that happens.

“Gabs did a great job with my pup, Lula Mae. Lu was well cared for and I got great communications & updates. Gabs also left our home spotless, which was much appreciated when I got home from my trip! We look forward to booking with Gabs again in future!”

“We have two dogs, including one who is wary of new people. Jordan was fantastic corralling and caring for them both. We went out of town for five days and she stayed in our home, sending regular photos and updates. The dogs seemed happier and more calm when we returned than when we left. Would highly recommend. We feel truly lucky to have found such a caring and responsible person to be with our girls.”

About: I had two dogs back in my hometown and they feel like boss of the house when I am around. I can take care of puppies, small dogs and big ones too. I am currently doing my masters at UMD and I am usually free in the day because my classe are mostly scheduled in the evening I live in apartment housing, well it has a park and lot of space to walk around. I can come to your house and walk them around.
“Keaton was AMAZING. We got multiple adorable pics and updates daily, so appreciated! They provided absolutely perfect care to our babies, one being a senior cat who needs daily injections and a bit of extra care to get her calories in. Not only that, but they went above and beyond keeping our house tidy and handling tasks that were beyond what we had even discussed. We will absolutely be booking them again. Thank you Keaton!”

About: Hi! My name is Aubrey, and I’ve been pet sitting for over 5 years caring for all kinds of animals — from household pets to farm animals. I have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, whether they’re playful puppies and kittens or senior pets needing extra patience and care. I’ve also raised two puppies of my own, so I’m very familiar with puppy care, training, routines, and the patience and attention young dogs need. As a college student and future grad student at UMD, I have a very flexible schedule, especially over the summer and into next semester. I’m available for overnight stays, daily check-ins, walks, feeding, medication administration, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I understand every pet has different needs, and I always make it a priority to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! As a college and future grad student here at UMD, I have a flexible schedule with availability for overnights, walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I always make sure to ask questions not only about your puppy but your house and regular routines. Health in animals is very important while you’re away so I always ask to have detailed notes or instructions.

“Sharon was amazing. She sent pictures everyday and Post was very happy. She followed our instructions and exactly and was very flexible and understanding to Post’s needs. Highly recommend and will absolutely have Sharon watch him again.”

“Maria was so great! I loved that she wanted to do a meet and greet beforehand. I can tell Shiloh was well taken care of. Even when I got a little worried, she was able to quickly reassure me. I definitely plan on booking her again for my future trips if she’ll have us :)”

“Katiana was awesome with my 2 pups! She arrived on time and sent many photos and updates throughout the day. My pups absolutely loved all the attention and trips to the dog park! Thank you so much for taking such great care of them!!”

“My dog Mila has a new friend :) Molly took great care of her and my home! She asked good questions on our initial walkthrough, and sent frequent updates and photos. I would be happy to hire her again.”

“Our skittish older dog won’t let anyone but us walk her, but on day 1 Shamiso prevailed and she walked happily with her. Very happy to have Shamiso to look after our two (pretty high maintenance) pups while we’re gone - really puts our minds at ease.”

“Catherine watched our pups for several days while we were gone. She did a great job even though our cattle dog was being fussy and made sure to give us updates throughout the day!! We’re grateful that we found her.”

Nakia stayed with our pup (and our house) for two weeks. She is outstanding -- she really attended to our girl and took her on her favorite outings, and sent detailed updates and photos. She made our trip fantastically low-stress and I would absolutely recommend her.

Maria was so great! I loved that she wanted to do a meet and greet beforehand. I can tell Shiloh was well taken care of. Even when I got a little worried, she was able to quickly reassure me. I definitely plan on booking her again for my future trips if she’ll have us :)

Chinyere took such amazing care of my three pets while I was on vacation. She was so easy to communicate with and was a pro at handling the quirks of my various pets! She also left my home in better condition than I left it, she really goes above and beyond for the animals and home in her care.

Our dog, Stevie, was in amazing hands with Aaron and Paweena. They truly rolled out the red carpet for our cattle dog/German shepherd mix. Since Stevie can be nervous around new people, they generously came over for meet-and-greets and walks before our trip. Once we left, for nearly a week and an ocean away, we quickly saw that she was smitten with her new companions. Their daily photos or videos filled our hearts as we watched her thrive with Aaron and Paweena. Aaron has also completed specialized training and brought fun enrichment games to keep Stevie engaged. They clearly understand animal behavior and show deep compassion for the pets entrusted to their care. For walking or house sitting, we highly recommend this experienced, caring dog-whisperer couple. Thank you both!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the care Charlotte provided for our dog Teddy. From the moment we got home, we could tell how happy and well cared for he was. It really gave us peace of mind during our trip. Charlotte was punctual, attentive, and followed all of our instructions. We also really appreciated that she took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand to make sure we were a good fit. That meant a lot to us. During that conversation she learned about our travel destination and since she was familiar with the area, she went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips and a great list of places for us to check out. While we were away she sent us photos here and there, which made us feel even more comfortable knowing Teddy was in good hands. We truly feel like we didn’t just find a pet sitter, we made a new friend. Thank you Charlotte for taking such great care of Teddy. We would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.

Landy took amazing care of my dogs while I was away! She gave lots of updates and was super responsive so I never worried at all. It was a huge relief to know they were in safe and caring hands. My dogs are reactive and can be anxious, but even during a quick meet and greet they warmed to her right away. Highly highly recommend for your pet care needs 🙂
