I will approach your pet in a calm and slow manner until they feel comfortable with me. I have a fenced yard. My neighborhood is great for walks. Also depending on your preference with dog park/ walks, I typically take dogs for a 30 min walk (of course each dog is different in taking their time I fully respect that). If your dog is comfortable at the dog park, I’d love to take them there as well! My dog park is 20 minutes away (walking).I can accomodate dogs in crates or dogs that sleep on dog beds. In case of an emergency, I will always contact you first and take your pet to your preferred vet. I have a jeep which your dog will feel really comfortable in, so I am able to get your pet to whichever vet quickly!

About: I walked dogs in my neighborhood throughout all of middle and high school, and had well established clients for a number of years. I frequently pet/home sit as well, and am looking to expand my clientele. I’ve owned dogs my entire life and have experience both training puppies and caring for elderly dogs, so neither of those are challenges to me. Excited to care for some new pups and cats as well! I’m getting my Bachelor’s at George Mason University, but I only go in person for classes part time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m very comfortable entertaining and playing with dogs and cats both indoors and outdoors, and enjoy taking dogs on hikes in the Sligo area when the owners are comfortable with it. About: Although I may not have special skills such as training or senior care, I am willing to learn so I can provide the best care possible that is needed for optimum satisfaction. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with pups/kittens! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and most weekdays after 1pm. Safety and happiness of pets are my top priority. I live in a community with ample space for safe walking and exercise. Whether if it's in-home or boarding, pet care requirements will be met at peak satisfaction for all.

“Cal and Kelly took great care of our large German Shepherd Loki for his (and our!) first Rover experience. Loki hadn't spent a lot of time with other dogs in close quarters prior to this stay, but Cal put us at ease in our initial meet-and-greet with him and both their dogs. We also really appreciated the regular communication throughout Loki's stay. Cal and Kelly were always super responsive and they sent us high-quality photos and videos of Loki every day playing with other dogs and looking like he was having a great time. Would definitely recommend to others and will be boarding Loki with Cal and Kelly again!”

He’s only 7 months old, still potty training, a picky eater and this was my first time leaving him with anyone else so I was EXTREMELY worried but Christina took such great care of him, ensured he was comfy at night time and could sleep well and he didn’t miss a meal which is amazing as sometimes he refuses to eat. About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! Bella often needs time to feel comfortable in new places, but she seemed calm, happy, and relaxed during her two-night stay with Stacy and her dogs. Stacy’s home is clearly well set up for caring for dogs, and Bella seemed to find her own little respite there. What stood out most is how relaxed Bella was when she came home.
