About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life! I helped raise and take care of a Golden Retriever for 14 years in my childhood home until she passed away. Right know I have 3 elderly dogs who are my BFF's. I can't imagine my life without a furry friend. Also I've helped watch family and friends dogs since a young age. Also depending on your preference with dog park/ walks, I typically take dogs for a 30 min walk (of course each dog is different in taking their time I fully respect that). If your dog is comfortable at the dog park, I’d love to take them there as well! My dog park is 20 minutes away (walking).I can accomodate dogs in crates or dogs that sleep on dog beds. In case of an emergency, I will always contact you first and take your pet to your preferred vet. I have a jeep which your dog will feel really comfortable in, so I am able to get your pet to whichever vet quickly!

About: Hi there! I'm a dog mom of an energetic boxer, Gus. Gus is my first dog, but from a young age, I always walked dogs in the neighborhood. As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. Gus is an excellent walking buddy who is good on the leash and so love to play with a grieve l friend for a visit. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so I'm around most of the time to monitor play and keep the pets company. If it helps lighten the load when packing, I havethe following items already: Extra dog beds Dog bowls including a slow feeder Feel free to pack these items if course if they will make your pup happier to have their own. A few things I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00. So I'm around the Pets most of the day. I also have a fenced in backyard for the them to run and and get some energy out. I will walk them in the neighborhood and will avoid busy streets. I also don't introduce them to other dogs while walking them to avoid any accidental negative greetings in my care.

Weekdays: Usually available in the afternoon and evenings for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. Mornings are trickier because of my college schedule but if its before 10 AM it works perfectly. Weekends: Fully available for walks, house sitting, overnight stays, and extended care. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate, making sure to avoid direct eye contact when meeting them for the first time (dog code for "I'm chill"). I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. I have experience caring for kittens, including feeding and basic hands-on care, as well as senior cats who may need routine medication or any extra attention.

They have a backyard he loved playing in, but even more impressive they were able to get his halter on (he's extremely headshy) and take him on actual walks. Videos they sent showed Indy snuggling with Payton in a way he has only done with us before. Communication was excellent, and Indy clearly loved being there. Not only would we book again with Payton and Graham, I'm doing so right now!”

Our dog is a rescue with a history of some behavioral issues, and what drew us to them is that they were very comfortable and confident in taking care of pups with all kinds of temperaments. We appreciated the updates and felt great knowing she was safe and well-cared for.”

She also understood my anxiety about boarding him for the first time and was willing to do meet him multiple times beforehand. Plus I could tell she bonded with him and formed a genuine connection, which is the best situation when you have to be away. She was kind and had a very calm energy while doing the activities needed to keep a high energy dog manageable. Honestly was a great experience and would highly recommend..”
