My jobs there were walking, feeding, bathing, cutting nails, giving medication, and most importantly ensuring the pets were safe and comfortable. I have a lot of experience with dogs as well as cats. She took time to reintroduce herself to our dog so that our dog would be comfortable with her while we were away. Megan is very professional and sends great updates. Tyette was fantastic. She sent us pics of all the dogs several times during the week, and offered to stay later on the last day in case our flight was delayed (it wasn't). She knew to keep the dogs inside during the smoke/air quality alert from the Canadian forest fires. We would absolutely hire her again.
Elizabeth took great care of our two Germans shepherds, two gerbils, and one hamster, while we were on vacation. We came home to very happy pets and a clean home. Elizabeth has a very kind, warm energy and our pets instantly loved her (even our easily anxious puppy), and she took great care of our older dog with medical issues.
Sean was absolutely fantastic! He watched our two Goldendoodles, Leo and Milo, for a full week and did an amazing job taking care of both the dogs and our home. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay, sent us regular pictures and updates, and always made sure to ask if there was anything else he could do to help while we were away. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs and a house that was in great shape. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Leo and Milo were in good hands while we were gone. Bryanna was great - very very kind and great with our two cats! She was able to help us a bit last minute and took all of our directions in stride. The cats really liked her and she took excellent care of them while we were away for almost a week. We needed drop in visits and I loved the photo updates she gave each time. She also was willing to look after our disabled gecko, so I highly recommend Bryanna if you also need someone to check in on your reptile!
Sharon was fantastic with our anxiety-ridden pit bull mix, Cookie. She snuggled with Cookie whenever she needed some extra TLC and made sure she got both a morning and an afternoon walk. From the moment we met Sharon, it was clear she has a natural bond with animals that is hard to define. She is easygoing, calm, and, most importantly, updates you daily with a brief summary and pictures of your pet. Cannot say enough good things about Keaton. They looked after our 3 cats for two weeks. They capably handled multiple different kinds of meds for each cat, made sure each had their different needs for playtime and feeding met, and did it all with so much care for each. They sent multiple updates every day throughout the 2 weeks, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away, knowing the cats were in such good hands.
Javien is amazing! He stepped in to care for our dogs for a few days at our place with barely any notice. Our dogs adored him right away! He also handled our dog’s diabetic needs, including insulin injections. Plus, he kept us in the loop with updates all day.
