I was right - based on her frequent communication and pictures they took to her right away! All this was great, but I was most impressed and grateful for her attentiveness and concern - the first day of my trip she contacted me regarding an unusual development with my dog - it turned out she had developed a hot spot! The early detection allowed for easy treatment (those things can get nasty quickly) which Caitlin was willing to undertake. I highly recommend Caitlin and will be using her in the future.”

“I can praise Kathleen as a pet sitter whole heartedly! She was always our first choice call for caring for our cats and dog whenever we left town, and she would happily take our dog for a walk, sometimes wearing wheeled shoes so Tonks (the dog) could get up to her top speeds. Sometimes Tonks just does not want a long walk; she only wants to get out around the court and do her business--and Kathleen was very good about sensing that too while still being sure the dog got her exercise. She would send us pictures of the animals while we were away, just to make sure that we knew all was well and kept in touch by text to let us know how everything was going--and everything was always going very well indeed. I am sure anyone who hires Kathleen will be pleased with her work! She is trustworthy, hard-working, and (very important) a true animal lover. We have known this young woman since she was in second grade (she is now a young adult) and that love of animals has been one of the main traits I remember both from her youth and now today as a young adult.”

“This is my very first time using a Petsitter for my 15-year old (senior) furbaby. She has developed severe separation anxiety in her senior years. In addition, she has hip dysplasia and a bone spur which presents some mobility challenges at times. I MUST admit, I was a nervous wreck entrusting my Pumpkin with anyone outside of the family but Teria was very reassuring when we spoke. Our meet and Greet was also reassuring, based upon my Pumpkin's body language with Teria. She was very patient and took the time to thoroughly discuss my Pumpkin's needs, preferences, and any special requirements, ensuring that every detail was noted. Throughout the duration, photos were sent and communication was great which brought me a great deal of peace of mind. It was a pleasure and I feel confident that I will continue to use Teria's petsitting services to care for my Pumkpin.”
