About: Hi! I love all animals and pets! I primarily have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, bunnies, birds, hamsters, hermit crabs, and horses as those are the pets I have owned growing up and through adulthood. Most of my care experience has been either for my own pets or for family and friends—all with glowing recommendations! I know basic AFA (Animal First Aid), however, I am not yet certified. I am confident caring for animals of all ages, young through senior. I can provide care for animals that need medications and those with asthma. I would love to take care of your fur babies! About: I can do anything from walking to giving baths or from filling food and water to providing medicine 🐾 I’m okay with dogs of all ages and sizes from puppies to pitbulls and from the sick to the elderly 🙂 I can work remotely so it fits in quite easily. I live in Greenbelt, MD and my office is in DC (when I do decide to go into work), so really anywhere in the suburbs I’m willing to drive to! Any special instructions will be listened to and I will take great care of your pet(s). Hopefully things work out and you can be a regular-ish client! Please note: i board 3-4 dogs at a time. If you have a larger breed dog and I’m boarding multiple dogs, I might require them to where a bark collar that just buzzes if they get aggressive. Depending on their behavior. It helps with mitigation. I have never had any accidents happen under my watch and would like to keep it that way.

About: I am an animal lover and have had various types of animal companions throughout my lifetime. Currently I am the Farm operator for our Urban farm. We raise ducks and chickens but they are always separate from visiting pups. Only within view for their entertainment and relaxation here on the farm. Yes we are located nearby in the city 🥰 I have a quiet understanding with most animals that I come across and enjoy their company. I have sat for many of my friends and family and am the go to person when someone needs to go out and about but cannot take their pet family members. It has a doggy door which leads out to our fully fenced back yard and large dog run with a insulated dog house inside. My beloved rat-chi passed away last year and I've been watching friends' and co-workers' dogs since then of all different shapes and sizes. There's a special place in my heart for seniors and lap dogs, but I absolutely love dogs of any size. I'm strong, fit and assertive enough to feel comfortable with dogs 80+ pounds, and intuitive and sensitive enough to cater to the little guys! I'm great with people too - I'm happy to listen to what your dog's needs and routines are and honor those as if they were my own fur babies. Pets are like people and they all have their own wonderful personality. I genuinely look forward to getting to know your special dog! My job is part-time and flexible - I'm home most weekdays for the majority of the day, and weekends can be tailored to your pet. I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space for your dog to safely explore and play (always with supervision, of course!). I currently don't own any pets so yours is the star of the show! I'm used to dogs who are crate trained, but if your dog is not crate trained, I am happy to accommodate them as long as they are not property-destructive and as long as they are potty trained. I'll give your dog as much attention and/or space as they like in the home, whether they're feeling shy, clingy, tired or playful. It's normal for dogs to feel out of sorts in a new home with their parents away, and I'm happy to be their new buddy, making sure they feel safe and calm.

“Christian was amazing! Accepted my sitting request with pretty short notice after I found out my roommate wouldn’t be able to watch my dog. She also gladly watched my dog for an extra night than was originally planned when my flight got delayed. She sent me frequent updates and pictures of my dog, and it was obvious he was happy and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend her services and book with her again!”
