She is super friendly, responds within a very short time to requests, knows what she is doing with dogs, and is very accommodating. I have periods of travel and odd arrival home times, and she always tries to help make it possible to pick up my Irish Setter Riley. Riley is an energetic soul, like all setters, and though there is not an ounce of harm in her, she is on the go, a strong dog, and needs a good handler. I feel safe leaving her with Tasha, and that peace of mind is great. With my previous sitter, Riley sometimes came back smelling of smoke, which is why I started looking elsewhere. Awesome service! He took my pups in at the last minute, sent pictures, took them for walks, and made them feel comfortable. Yosef was absolutely amazing!!! He sent me daily videos of my baby. His communication was top tier. The pick up and drop off process was seamless. I was so nervous as this was Bentley’s first time being watched by a stranger and Yosef made me feel extremely comfortable and kept my anxiety at bay. Bentley had a blast interacting with the other dogs and even found himself a crush in Luna lol. I will definitely be booking again.

Pond was available at short notice, didn't hesitate to take in a Pit Bull, and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up. I received updates and photos on the first and second day, which I appreciated. However, there was no update on day three and no response to my text on day four. Being my first time using Pond, I was nervous enough to contact Rover support. I learned after picking up the dog that Pond was trying to send updates, but technology failed, and they didn't come through. After all, all is good, and I am happy with the care provided.
