Our dogs are not "just dogs", they are incredibly important members of our family, so even when we have to leave them, they are still always on our mind. It's been especially tough to leave them lately since my older girl Gull is almost 12.5 and we can tell she's slowing way down. So when our previous dog sitter moved away, we were worried about who was going to take her place, especially since Gull took YEARS to warm up to her fully. But then we found Ari and Ame. Within days, Gull and Oakley (our two year old sweetheart) were clearly so comfortable at their house and seemed to be loving the fun playtime with the other dogs who come for daycare or boarding, as well as their own dog, adorable Marshall. Communication was superb, with tons of adorable videos and pictures coming through every single day. And when Gull had a little "medical moment" , Ari was all over it, took great care of her, and got her back to feeling good quickly. She even dropped them back directly at our house when we got a bit delayed at the airport! I don't think I realized previously that I had a low level of anxiety every time I left my sweet girls, but that was gone by day 3 of our vacation when I knew for certain that Ari and Ame were taking care of them as if they were her own--and they were happy and exhausted when we saw them again from all the fun and love they had at their house. Thank you thank you a million times over to Ari and Ame!! We'll be seeing them again soon, I'm sure!

It was a long 35 days without our dogs, but they were in good hands with Olivia and her family. My dogs gave Olivia some challenges along the way with eloping, etc. —- probably because they are not used to us being away from them for so long. Olivia handled the headaches our dogs gave her with grace. She was very transparent with things, which we truly appreciate. Thank you!
The nicest! Phill cared for our dog, he didn't just keep her while we were gone. Thoughtfully communicated how she was adjusting to her new surroundings, and was engaged with her to learn her personality. Mike was great! He was very responsive, sent regular updates, and was super accommodating when I had some last-minute schedule changes. Most importantly, he made my dog feel comfortable and right at home, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole experience. We used Jeramy as a last minute sitter when our original plans fell through, and we were so happy with the experience! Our dog can be a nervous with new people, but she loved Jeramy and had a great time during her stay. She also sent lots of pictures and videos to keep us in the loop.
