Angela communicated excellently with me from our first interaction after I requested the booking. From setting up our meet and greet, dropping off and picking up my boy, and throught the period he was in her care, she was very engaged. While I was away, she was concerned when my dog was not as friendly (as he was initially) and she reached out to ask how she could improve his mood; which showed how vested she was in his wellbeing.
