“I was really concerned about my fur baby because she’s never been without family, EVER! We met Paula and her daughter at our arranged meet and greet which went well. When I dropped her off her her new friend on Friday, I told her to be a good girl and she looked back at me and turned running off with her new friend. They contacted us everyday, gave us updates with photos. I really think it was a good experience for both of them as well as myself. Crystal was absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous to leave my baby, but Crystal gave me peace of mind since the first contact with her. When she said she wanted to meet over zoom I knew she didn’t take this lightly. She has a two page questionnaire which to me was so important because she really wanted to know about Oli’s needs. When Olivia was with her she sent me lots of pics and videos, sent me Wonderful summaries of Olivia’s activities and really cared for my baby. Olivia came back so happy!!! I will be requesting Crystal’s services in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!
I recently went on vacation and left my Samoyed in Robert's care. As any Samoyed owner knows, these beautiful dogs come with a lot of fur that requires special attention and regular grooming maintenance. Robert did an excellent job caring for my dog during my time away. He was attentive to the specific needs that come with this breed, particularly the grooming requirements. My dog was happy, healthy, and well-cared for when I returned. I would definitely recommend Robert to other dog owners, especially those with high-maintenance breeds. He's reliable, caring, and clearly understands what it takes to properly care for dogs with special needs.
