About: The dogs will stay in a loving, family oriented home. Not just with an adult, but a responsible and gentle child who enjoys animals presence. Crystal was incredible. The daily updates with photos/videos made it is clear that she loves caring for dogs. Her home is set up to make the stay as comfortable as possible and she has all of the essentials on hand. Crystal has crates, dog beds, toys, and bowls. All we had to bring was her food! As a busy family, this is a game changer. Crystal took long walks with the dogs, gave them plenty of playtime in the backyard, and had lots of toys and puzzles inside. Our dog is very intelligent and high energy, so we were thrilled with the level of mental stimulation. - Thank you for caring for our fur baby! We will definitely book again.
I had a great experience with Shawonika. She was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced with handling dogs. From the start, she made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. My dog warmed up to her quickly and seemed happy and relaxed the entire time. I also appreciated the updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Overall, she is a reliable and caring sitter who treats your pet like her own. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future.
Trayonna was great with Hunter. She communicated very well and left my mind at ease when it came to leaving him with someone new in such short notice. She took him out to play regularly and sent me so many updates which I loved. Hunter seemed very happy in each picture & enjoyed his cuddles. He came home happy and tired lol. I had a great experience! My flight was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute, which completely changed my travel plans. Thankfully, Charei was incredibly flexible and understanding. Charei worked with me to modify the booking and even allowed me to pick up my dog 9 days earlier than originally planned without any hassle. That level of flexibility and kindness meant a lot during a stressful situation. I really appreciate their communication and willingness to work with me. Angela communicated excellently with me from our first interaction after I requested the booking. From setting up our meet and greet, dropping off and picking up my boy, and throught the period he was in her care, she was very engaged. While I was away, she was concerned when my dog was not as friendly (as he was initially) and she reached out to ask how she could improve his mood; which showed how vested she was in his wellbeing. It was a joy reading about, as well as seeing the videos and pictures of her family getting along with my dog, and I will surely use her service in the future. Alder & Kathy make leaving my boy so much easier when I have to make arrangements. They are extremely responsive and always provides updates during his stay.
