About: I love animals and I have always had a variety of pets (both typical and unique) as beloved members of my family or cherished beings I’ve gotten the opportunity to spend time with. Some of the animals I’ve lived with or cared for include: dogs, cats, fish (salt and fresh), birds, hedgehogs, hamsters, reptiles, rabbits, pigs, and many more! I currently live in Hyattsville with my partner and our 4 beautiful rescue dogs (Havanese-6 y/o, Pomeranian-17 y/o, Husky-12 y/o, and Pittie-8 y/o). Over the years, my diverse and pawfict pack has taught me more and more about pet care. Especially my senior Pomeranian–whom I’ve had the privilege to love since he was a rambunctious puppy–now into his baby grandpa-hood, and hopefully into his twilight years. I look forward to walking dogs and meeting/sitting various pets in our neighborhood. Thank you for considering me to care for your special family member! My schedule can be somewhat flexible - if I know in advance I can change the days/hours I work. I currently work as a substitute teacher and part-time for parks and rec. When I’m working, my partner is usually home. On my off from work days, I’m available to sit and/or drop-in on your pet. On weekends my availability is variable, but I try my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. My partner and I live in Hyattsville with our 4 dogs (Havanese-Maltese, Pomeranian, Husky mix, and Terrier mix). We have a fully fenced-in backyard and 2 separate living spaces in our home, giving us room for extra pups. Our home has one-step entry in the back, making it great for elderly dogs or dogs with joint problems.
“Diego and Natalia are excellent sitters. They took such good care of our puppy while we were gone for a week, which was not an easy task since he’s so little and needs lots of attention. We were nervous to leave him for the first time but they instantly made us feel better from the first meet and greet. They sent continuous updates, photos and videos and he got lots of exercise in their back yard. We will definitely have them watch our pup again! We are so happy to have found them.”

Awesome service! He took my pups in at the last minute, sent pictures, took them for walks, and made them feel comfortable. Provided special attention to one of my pups that has really bad separation anxiety. I highly recommend if you want someone that will treat your pups as his own, this is your guy!
Yasheen did an amazing job caring for my two large dogs over the holiday. It was their first time staying with someone else, so I was a little nervous about how they would react. but he was so patient and took the time to sit with them, offer different treats, and help them feel comfortable. He kept me updated throughout the stay and truly cared about making them feel safe. I really appreciated how calm and dedicated he was, especially with two big dogs. Ilia is an outstanding sitter! She came over and bonded with Tofu prior to our travels. We were also fortunate that he got along well with her two dogs. She provided me with daily updates with pictures. Tofu made himself at home with Ilia and settled in pretty well by the first night. I strongly recommend Ilia to sit your fur baby. Marissa’s home is so welcoming that my pup settles in just like it’s her own house. She gets to play with her new friends. Angela communicated excellently with me from our first interaction after I requested the booking. From setting up our meet and greet, dropping off and picking up my boy, and throught the period he was in her care, she was very engaged.
