We could tell with each photo and video that our pup was having the time of her life, and we were a little worried she wouldn't want to come back home! 😂 Echo got all of the attention she needed and had a blast playing with all of the dogs. This was my first time using the app, and Estela answered all my questions before I booked. When I dropped off Coco, she immediately went to her. She also sent me pictures and kept me updated on how my dog was doing throughout the day and overnight. I appreciate how much she cares about animals, ensuring they return happy. I was pleased to see my dog happy when she came back, and we will definitely use her services again.
Crystal was incredible. The daily updates with photos/videos made it is clear that she loves caring for dogs. Her home is set up to make the stay as comfortable as possible and she has all of the essentials on hand. Crystal has crates, dog beds, toys, and bowls. All we had to bring was her food! As a busy family, this is a game changer. Crystal took long walks with the dogs, gave them plenty of playtime in the backyard, and had lots of toys and puzzles inside. Our dog is very intelligent and high energy, so we were thrilled with the level of mental stimulation. - Thank you for caring for our fur baby! We will definitely book again.
Trayonna was great with Hunter. She communicated very well and left my mind at ease when it came to leaving him with someone new in such short notice. She took him out to play regularly and sent me so many updates which I loved. Hunter seemed very happy in each picture & enjoyed his cuddles. He came home happy and tired lol. I will 100% be trusting her with Hunter again.
Angela communicated excellently with me from our first interaction after I requested the booking. From setting up our meet and greet, dropping off and picking up my boy, and throught the period he was in her care, she was very engaged. While I was away, she was concerned when my dog was not as friendly (as he was initially) and she reached out to ask how she could improve his mood; which showed how vested she was in his wellbeing. It was a joy reading about, as well as seeing the videos and pictures of her family getting along with my dog, and I will surely use her service in the future. Alder & Kathy make leaving my boy so much easier when I have to make arrangements. They are extremely responsive and always provides updates during his stay. They are my go-to sitter as my very shy-guy gets along famously with their dog and warms up to them. They treat him like he’s theirs. Happy to know he’s with them and I love rebooking with them 🫶🏽🐾
Samsara and her daughter, Layla, were absolutely fantastic with Oliver. As we drove up, Layla came toward the car and you could see her excitement and enthusiasm. It was comforting to know that my dog was going to be in a home which truly appreciated dogs. Samsara and myself discussed rules and expectations, another comfort because the process assured we would be on the same page. Wonderful communication, wonderful times, wonderful choice. I don’t have a lot of experience using Rover, but Luisa is by far the best sitter I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly kind, thoughtful. She sent me so many photos and updates — more than anyone else ever has — which made me feel so reassured. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for.
