I have six cats of my own and also care for a feral cat colony, which has taught me a lot about patience, trust, and meeting animals where they are. I’m comfortable administering medications to both cats and dogs, including insulin injections. About: I am a big advocate for animals especially around the subject that animals are family. I view the pets in my life as my family. I will treat your pet as if they were a part of my family and shower them with love! I currently work full time but I work a hybrid schedule during the week and I am in school for my masters. This will not impact my care for your pets I have a 5 year old cat and she has all of the toys she needs and I can get toys for animals I sit as well.

I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, we recently lost our 15 year old kitty but our home is still full of chaos and love with 3 dogs and 3 birds 🥰 Since I’m WFH my schedule is pretty flexible. I do go into the office 2 days a week but if you message me at least a week in advance I can try my best to squeeze you in! About: I've been a pet owner for over ten years for both dogs and cats. I used to work at a Montessori school for dogs, as a behavioral specialist at an animal shelter, and as a Attendant at a doggy daycare, so I have taken courses from both the Victoria Stilwell Academy and the Karen Pryor Academy and have some experience with animal training. I am familiar with many temperaments and how to properly approach a new friend. While I am still working towards certification, I’d be happy to positively reinforce good habits as well as teach your animal a fun trick or two (this extends to cats as well)! I work full-time and my schedule is decided on a weekly basis, so my availability isn’t something set in stone. I am transitioning to a new job though, so I will soon be generally available on weekends and evenings. At your home, I'm comfortable with pets of all temperaments. I can keep up with dogs who want to play all day, or I can chill and provide cuddles to the softer, gentler pups. Some pets are content watching from a distance, and I can do that as well. At my dog school job, we had a detailed system of categorizing different "play styles", and at my shelter job, I often taught interested adopters how to properly introduce themselves to a possible new family member. I hope to incorporate that into my work with your beloved pet so we can better understand one another.
