“Tandy was amazing! we couldn't have asked for a better first experience with Rover. We had to leave for a week long trip and Tandy made sure we were comfortable with our pets being in the best care! She followed our instructions to the detail and went above and beyond to make our cats comfortable. One of them was scared (he is a scared kitty) and she made sure to take the time to friend him and approach him and learn about him. We are so thankful for her help and will definitely will be rebooking her! Thank you Tandy!”

“Gina is always great with our animals. She gives our pup almost daily walks during the school year and has dropped in on our kitties when we’re away. She is flexible, responsible, and communicative.”

“Pepper has enjoyed her stays with Nasheia and Nina so much that we have made it a weekly thing. With other sitters I would drop pepper off and she would run back to me to pick her up and not want to leave. As soon as Pepper saw Nina she forgot all about me. She comes home happy and tired from all her playing.”

“Natalie was so good to my cats and made sure to take the time to love on them and get to know them! She has a knack for taking the cutest and funniest pictures! I felt very secure on my week long vacation knowing my boys were in good hands.”

“I had a great experience with Ademide. She agreed to cat-sit on short notice and looked after my Luna for a whole week and some days. Our communication was smooth and reassuring and I received timely updates, cute videos and photos that showed my cat was comfortable and happy. My cat seemed relaxed and well looked after when I returned. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”

“Juranne was great! Came over and let our pups out, fed them, and came back to let them out again a couple more times. She sent some pictures and gave them some love. She also gave our fish pond a little food and checked on our parrot. Thank you Juranne.”
“Ms. Samantha is the best! She provided her services in the clutch of time and also got along with my 2 male cats in a jiff! She even convinced them to start using the cat tree that I bought for them months ago. I will definitely request her services any time I go out of town. P.s. this was my first time using Rover. 10/10 would recommend”

“Another great visit by Jenaya! We truly appreciate her taking great care when watching our fur babies while we are away. Highly recommend those who want to make sure their babies are getting the attention they need while awa :)”

“Nicole took the best care of my 2 cats 🐈⬛ 🐈. She was super communicative and sent pictures every time she interacted with them while I was away. I had a personal hardship while I was away and it felt very reassuring that my boys were in good hands despite my own dilemma. 10/10 would recommend and use her services again. Also, my boys loved her!! 🐈⬛🐈♥️”

“Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty. She not only fed my cats and ferals with care, but also checked on the Rumba robot, straightened the cameras, and even watered the plants. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness were exceptional. I highly recommend her.”

“Sehaum was extremely kind and patient with our pups, given how skidding and shy they can be. She was timely and communicative before, during and after the visit. I definitely recommend Sehaum to other dog owners, and look forward to working with her again!”

“Nia was by far the sweetest sitter I’ve had yet! She was very attentive to my baby and even sent tons of videos and pictures as requested. She took her for walks and ensured she had fresh food and water each day. I would not hesitate to use Nia again for my baby!”

About: I have a 15 year old border collie mix who is my best friend! At her age now, she is on special diets and medication, and loves her routines. I know how hard it is to find trusted care for any pet, but especially a senior, and I am looking to be that trusted person to care your pet(s). I have walked and cared for dogs of all ages and sizes as well! I have a wide open schedule which is why I want decided to sign up now. I am happy to work with your needs and pets schedules! I want to stick to any routines you do with your pet currently so they feel as comfortable as possible. Happy to walk their favorite routes, fluff up their favorite blankets, or heat up their food to just the right temperature! My own dog needs a forehead kiss before eating, and I am happy to oblige any quirks.
Greater Landover cat parents share their Rover experiences
LaShauna was such a pleasure to work with! She followed instructions exactly and sent the most adorable photos and videos of my cats (well one of my cats, as the other is too shy to come out for a stranger and she followed our instruction to leave him be) which made me feel a lot more comfortable leaving my cats for a holiday.

Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty. She not only fed my cats and ferals with care, but also checked on the Rumba robot, straightened the cameras, and even watered the plants. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness were exceptional. I highly recommend her.
