She was so patient with my cat as he adjusted to his new surroundings. She adjusted the environment and provided him what he needed to feel secure. Ilia is an outstanding sitter! She came over and bonded with Tofu prior to our travels. We were also fortunate that he got along well with her two dogs. I cannot recommend Aisha enough, they truly are animal lovers and will go above and beyond. I had a loving chihuahua mix, sure that is easy. but I also had an older special needs girl who was clearly given extra love and attention and I cannot thank them enough. I will book again!

Pond was available at short notice, didn't hesitate to take in a Pit Bull, and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up. I received updates and photos on the first and second day, which I appreciated. However, there was no update on day three and no response to my text on day four. Being my first time using Pond, I was nervous enough to contact Rover support. I learned after picking up the dog that Pond was trying to send updates, but technology failed, and they didn't come through. After all, all is good, and I am happy with the care provided.
