“Moses was fantastic! He watched our dog and cat while we were out of town for a few days. He sent photos of the animals daily and was responsive when we had updates and questions. We will definitely be contacting him first the next time we need a sitter!”
“Xan did a fantastic job taking care of our pets, including one of our dogs that's friendly but very high strung. We really appreciated the daily updates, and we're pretty sure our cat in particular would've been happy to have Xan pet sit forever!”
“Just amazing I can’t even express how relaxed I felt while I was away because of her communication. Will book again soon my baby was so happy with his sitter.”
“This is the second time we’ve had Michael watch our dog, Ace, and stay at our house, and both times he has been outstanding. He gives Ace loving and attentive care, and is super communicative with how things are going, including by sending frequent photo updates. As with our first experience with him, we came home to a clean and organize house, and a happy dog. Couldn’t ask for more!”
“Caitlin was great with my two dogs. Even my very skittish, afraid of his own shadow, dog was accepting. Communication was great. Sent lots of pictures. I was able to relax and enjoy all of my daughter’s wedding festivities knowing my dogs were in good hands. Would not hesitate to use Caitlin again.”
“Arnelle did an amazing job house-sitting with our young dog and cat! She was easy to talk with and we came home to happy pets. We'd absolutely hire her again!”
“Bryan was amazing with my baby Sage! I literally just rescued her a week prior. She was heavily malnourished and untrained but full of love! When most Rovers would say no to a newly rescued pup, Bryan came to the rescue!!!! He sent pics of her and gave me updates, he had no problem calling or texting with questions. He is a saint and I couldn’t have asked for a better Rover!!”

“Jazelina was an amazing house sitter with our dog this weekend. While we were away, she was very communicative and sent lots of pictures of River. We came home to a happy dog and a house that was cleaner than when we left it. As a bonus, she taught him a trick we had been working on for weeks! We will 100% be choosing her again to take care of our pets!”
“I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my puppy to Angel for a weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my dog received. From the moment Angel arrived I knew I had made the right choice. Angel was not just a dog sitter. He was a true dog lover. He greeted my dog with a warm smile and gentle demeanor, and instantly put both my pet in me at ease. Throughout the weekend he constantly kept me up-to-date, and I was able to enjoy my time away without a word in the world.”
About: I can’t speak for other sitters, but I have always wanted to work with animals since I was 7 years old and made my dream come true. I have been within the Veterinary Medicine field since 2010 (what can I say, I truly enjoy animals!). I have played multiple roles, including Veterinary Assistant/Technician, which is my current employment position now. My experience for pet care ranges from young puppies/kittens to our senior dogs/cats who we just want to be able to provide a hospice type of experience in multiple areas. Here are some examples listed: assist with puppy training, administering medications, minimal grooming services (i.e nail trim, maintenance ear cleaning, brushing, hair matt removal). I will also be able to inform clients if it is recommended for their pet to receive proper pet care by a Licensed Veterinarian, if God forbid something is noticed. I currently work full time at an animal hospital in Washington, D.C. where I am there from 7am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, except for Wednesdays, and some alternating Saturdays from 8am - 12:30pm . However, depending on location, I will be able to visit in the morning prior to working and during schedule lunch break period which is from 1-3pm. I tend to have open availability on the weekends, but I will inform clients if I am unavailable in advance. I also have a fur baby canine at home myself. When it comes to caring for a client’s pet within their home, I like to do an introduction prior with both the fur babies and their parents. This allows me to introduce myself to the pet, as well as, be able to ask the client what their routine is usually like, are their any potential triggers/dislikes I should be aware of, what is usually allowed and what is not, etc. When it comes to dogs, I like to confirm with clients how their pets are during walks. For example: if they by chance like to pull while on walks, do they get fearful due to loud noises or cars driving past, do they react if they see other dogs walking, etc. This helps for me to be able to properly plan said outings and helps me to make it a more positive experience all around.

“Thalia is a fellow dog mom with a heart that beams patience and love. She first meet my dog Luke and like most she immediately picked up on his anxiety and how it was always followed with nervous barking. Yet, In time I saw my timid rescue, Luke evolve through her love and nurturing. In a sea of options she is irrefutably a trustworthy caregiver. She is intuitive and has exceeded my expectations time and time again. It has honestly been challenging for me to find a suitable fit. I am forever grateful for Thalia’s grace.”
“Kymberlee was an amazing dog sitter! She sent me updates via the app. Always on time with the potty training. Very kind and thoughtful. Luna loved her. Definitely will book again!”
“Charity is the sweetest pet sitter who is attentive and treats your little guy like a true companion. She watched my yorkie, Kiera, and has always followed my directions and has been attentive to details. She did research on my dogs breed before showing up and Kiera took her in so well! It would be no mistake to choose her to watch your pup.”
“Robyn puts the well being of the dogs first. Know that they will be safe and cared for while she watches over them. From the most playful and active to the littlest lap guys, Robyn will see to all their needs. When you are unable to be there yourself, choose someone that will treat your best friend as well as you do.”
“Geoff Worrall has had animals, mainly dogs, in his life for as many years as he is old and has always treated them with kindness and understanding. We have had 2 dogs in this family, and although Geoff was very young with our first pet Dawn, he seemed to be aware that you always treated animals with kindness and when we had our 2nd dog, Pippin, Geoff was the one that he liked the most in our family as Geoff always took him for walks and to the park and played with him, as my husband and I were of course both working. Even Geoff's aunt, who also has both dogs and cats, has noticed that he has a special something with animals, her cats were shy and scared of most visitors she has and they would hide away, but not when Geoff was there, they would always say hello and sit on his lap whenever they had the chance. I know he would make an excellent dog walker/ sitter as the dogs I have seen him with just know that he will not do them any harm and he will be an excellent buddy to have in their lives.”
“I wanted to leave a larger tip but Rover won't let me. That's how great Monae is. Actually, I don't want to hype her up too much because I'm going to need her again in the very near future and I don't want her to be booked. She was great with my senior dogs and goldfish. She was responsive, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. I so appreciated having her as a dog sitter in my home. I definitely recommend her (despite wanting to be selfish.). Thank you, Monae!”
