Hello! My name is Dahlya, or Dee for short. From a very young age, I have always had a love for animals, no matter the species. I have nearly 20 years of pet care experience. I grew up with a Yorkie & a Pit/Cane Corso mix, who were my everything until they sadly passed away due to old age. Now I share my life with a sweet black cat, her name is Lucky Clover 🍀 🐈⬛ I have experience with puppies/kittens, special needs, senior and disabled pets. I have worked in animal shelters & doggy daycares & cared for pets in my community for years!

Dahlya did a great job taking care of Ham. She provided lots of pictures and regular updates. I could tell Ham was happy to have her around just from the pictures.
Dahlya house sat for us over the holidays and took great care of our cat and new kitten! We came home to a clean house, with happy kitties whose box was clean and they were well fed. This was our first time working with Dahlya, and we would definitely book again. She was reliable, provided regular updates, and kind.
Dahlya is absolutely wonderful! She has watched my dog, Stella, and cat, Nina, several times while I’ve been out of town for work, and I always feel completely at ease knowing they’re in her care. She’s incredibly responsive and keeps me updated with regular photos and messages, which I really appreciate. It’s obvious my pets adore her—they’re always calm and happy when I return. I would highly recommend Dahlya to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet sitter!
Dee was great with beans and so flexible when our drive back got delayed!
Dahlya did a great job of making my cat comfortable during a 3 night house sit. I came back to a clean apartment and happy cat. So far the best my cat has done with any sitter. She’s typically very shy. Would highly recommend, and I already booked for the next trip!

Schedule
Currently, I am in school & work from home. I am attending Morgan State University earning my engineering degree as an Interior Design major. Caring for animals is my full-time job & my passion🤗 It’s what I love most. Every pet in my care is treated with the highest level of love & attention.

A typical day with me is full of love, attention & fun! We start with walks or playtime to burn off energy, then enjoy some cuddle & treat time. I make sure pets feel safe, stimulated, & happy, whether we’re playing fetch, exploring the yard, or just relaxing together.
