I'm a dependable animal lover who will make sure your pet is happy and comfortable even while their people are away. I live with my partner in a very dog-friendly house in Landover Hills. While I manage the Rover account, my partner Lou--who is a caring pet parent with animal experience that includes a stint at wolf sanctuary-- also will keep your pet(s) company. We have two pups: the elderly Walden, a pug who sleeps 90% of the day, and Drax, an active mutt who enjoys playing with friends new and old in our yard but also cuddling up for evening snuggles. I couldn’t find a better sitter for our Rainbow! Natalie was super thorough and communicative. She asked great questions up front and provided detailed updates. She was very kind and thoughtful. For example, she brought in a Chewy package that she noticed was delivered on a check-in day. Rainbow took to her very well - she let her brush her which can be dicey! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
