We were really hesitant at first because this will be the first times our dogs got visited by a sitter, Alexander made everything easy, they went to my home even before the actual dates to meet my dogs i have 3, my dogs instantly liked him, we had alex come by to our home 3 times during the day, he took them out for walks, spend time with them, and also feed them with no problems whats so ever, send pictures updates, really recommend him
I couldn’t find a better sitter for our Rainbow! Natalie was super thorough and communicative. She asked great questions up front and provided detailed updates. She was very kind and thoughtful. For example, she brought in a Chewy package that she noticed was delivered on a check-in day. Rainbow took to her very well - she let her brush her which can be dicey! I would love to have Natalie sit for us again in the future!
So many great things to say about Natalie!! She took my booking the same day even though she was not feeling well earlier in the morning she still showed up to care for my Mocha! I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. She is truly very caring and communicates very well during her visits! I can't praise her enough! Thank you for everything Natalie!
Emma is amazing with Santino! She takes such great care of him whenever we’re away. She sends photos after every visit, which gives us so much peace of mind, and it’s clear that Santino absolutely loves her. She even opened his Chewy box with him, which was such a thoughtful touch. We always know he’s in great hands with Emma, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
