He made sure to ask questions about any special care needed, an emergency contact and vet records to be prepared for our dogs week long stay. The home is a great space both inside and out for dogs. Pamela a delightful sitter! Took great care of my dog Nyobi who is high maintenance scaredy cat 🙀 but Nyobi quickly adjusted which shocked me after 5 years with other boarders! Jacklyn was amazing with my anxious senior dog. I have an 11 year old mastiff mix with lots of anxieties and some regular medication needs; Jacklyn was completely on top of the specific care for my pup, sent me frequent updates, and was super responsive to messages. I picked up a very happy dog that clearly had a great few days, and I will absolutely trust Jacklyn to watch my animals in future.
