Diego is kind, patient and knowledgeable about what good pet care is. Communication was easy from the meet and greet to daily updates including videos and photos of our smiling pup. He made sure to ask questions about any special care needed, an emergency contact and vet records to be prepared for our dogs week long stay. The home is a great space both inside and out for dogs. Pond was available at short notice, didn't hesitate to take in a Pit Bull, and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up. I received updates and photos on the first and second day, which I appreciated. However, there was no update on day three and no response to my text on day four. Being my first time using Pond, I was nervous enough to contact Rover support. I learned after picking up the dog that Pond was trying to send updates, but technology failed, and they didn't come through. After all, all is good, and I am happy with the care provided.
Aniyah was very loving my two boys 🐕 that she cared for felt like they were at home. She communicated and sent pictures. She made sure all they stuff was back in there bag far as toys and dog food.
