Turns out our worries were unfounded, as Sandra and her family were absolutely amazing with Echo! She was super tired and we could tell she'd had so much fun. They treated her like one of their own dogs, made sure Echo was getting along with everyone, and even took her on a short field trip! Sandra kept us informed and was very communicative, which we loved. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with dogs, and we appreciated that she asked about Echo's schedule, allergies, and so on. SO MANY THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS SITTER, PLEASE READ!!!! Estela was absolutely God sent. I contacted her last minute before traveling to Mexico for a wedding that I was in. She accepted the boarding request for my two puppies, Zoey and Charlie. I had never left them with anyone and I am very picky like they are my children, so I was extremely nervous. The moment I pulled up to her house I was greeted very warmly outside by her, her husband and her child. They helped me unload thier crates and bag. They then invited me into their home which was beautiful, neat and clean. Zoey and Charlie loved them instantly also and were aloowed to walk around and explore their new hotel. Estela sent pictures and/or videos daily and took excellent care of them following all of my request for feeding and care. Due to weather in the Baltimore/Washington areas and outbreak up of violence in Mexico, my return flight was canceled. I ended up stuck in Mexico for three extra days. This was very stressful at the end of a happy trip. Estela understood and extended the stay with no problem, reassuring me that they would be ok. I returned home stressed out from the trip, and also with a back injury. When arrived, my pups were very happy pups and had been taken care of so well. In fact Zoey (a Cavapoo) didn't want to leave. The younger pup Charlie (a super small toy poodle) had been struggling with separation anxiety and potty training. Estela's care seem to help resolve a lot of Charlie's issues and he has been so calm and also not having mistakes in the house since returning home. I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER CARE OF MY FUR BABIES!!! I will be using Estela again in the future for Daysitting and Boarding.
Alder & Kathy make leaving my boy so much easier when I have to make arrangements. They are extremely responsive and always provides updates during his stay. They are my go-to sitter as my very shy-guy gets along famously with their dog and warms up to them. They treat him like he’s theirs. Happy to know he’s with them and I love rebooking with them 🫶🏽🐾
Crystal was sooooo attentive to my baby girls needs, she did a virtual meet and greet so we could go over things and she could meet my doggy. While my baby was with her she provided her with a sweater so she would warm going outside during the snow season. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting she’s a delight and can’t wait to use her again soon.
Izzy is someone who we’ve used many times and who we’d be happy to use again in a heartbeat! Sammy really enjoyed his time at camp, and it’s clear the love and attention that him and his partner give their pets. Izzy is very communicative, sends tons of photos, and made pickup and drop off of our dog really easy.
Melanie took care of my great Pyrenees and made her feel right at home. I was gone for a week over Christmas break and she had no issues whatsoever. My dog came back happy, healthy, and tuckered out from playing with the other dogs in Melanie's care. Highly recommend this sitter and will be booking again!
