We had the chance to do a meet and greet a week before her boarding, which helped relieve some of my nervousness, but the real test was the actual drop off and week long boarding. Within an hour of drop off, Kelly and George started putting my mind at ease with pics of Peanut and some new friends she had made. They texted everyday with pics and updates on how she was doing. We couldn’t have enjoyed our trip as much as we did without the wonderful care that Kelly and George provided for our girl. We actually think Peanut would love to have stayed longer!! We even did a meet and greet just to make sure he would take to her - and he sure did! During our trip she sent daily photos and updates, and our kids could not wait to get them every day. I could tell when I went to pick him up that he was very happy to be with her. For a quick moment he could not decide if he wanted to stay with her or come back home. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bob and Pam. This was our first boarding since we adopted our dog 2 years ago and we were apprehensive to say the least. Bob and Pam and their dog Shiloh made us and our dog feel right at home. They are warm and friendly and definitely dog people. Their home and yard were the perfect setting for our dog to settle in, and they kept us informed throughout the weekend with texts and pictures to ease my anxiety. We will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to others.

Tianna was an OUTSTANDING choice for our fur baby Syre. She was very responsive and kept us updated during our trip which put our mind at ease. We did a meet and greet before the stay for Syre to become familiar with the house and Tianna was just as pleasant then as she was during the entire process. Should we need someone to keep Syre again, Tianna will be our first choice.
Working with Daren was a great experience. This was our family's first time using the service and we were a little hesitant and nervous, to say the least. Not to mention, it was our two dog's first time being away from the family. Darren was responsive, helped to explain the process, and very accomodating to last minute changes and reservation modications. He communicated throughout the reservation, with pictures and text updates, which was really helpful and eased our minds.
