I am the owner of a bichon frise – Shih Tzu mix puppy who is quite anxious and quite attached to my husband and me. We previously had only left him with family members when we traveled. That situation however was no longer feasible. So I became the anxious one looking for a dog sitter who would make my beloved pooch, feel comfortable. Jacqueline was the answer to my prayers. She only boards one dog at a time. She has a job that allows her to work from home. And she is calm, kind, and patient. Jacqueline and I communicated easily and she sent me photographs of my pooch every day that I was traveling. I really didn't worry about him a bit after the first morning – – I knew he was comfortable and safe. What more can you ask? I'm very happy to have found Jacqueline.
Robert and Pamela are wonderful! Our dog Annie is an aussie mix. and is very anxious with many people. I could tell she loves these two and felt very comfortable at their home, and received wonderful care. They even sent pictures during her stay! Those updates give me so much peace of mind because I can actually see that he’s happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. Most importantly, Kash absolutely LOVES being with Tanisha and her family! He’s always excited and in a great mood when I drop him off, and he comes home just as happy. That tells me everything I need to know about how well he’s treated while he’s there. After three stays, I can confidently say that I completely trust Tanisha with Kash. Tianna was an OUTSTANDING choice for our fur baby Syre. She was very responsive and kept us updated during our trip which put our mind at ease. We did a meet and greet before the stay for Syre to become familiar with the house and Tianna was just as pleasant then as she was during the entire process. Should we need someone to keep Syre again, Tianna will be our first choice.
Working with Daren was a great experience. This was our family's first time using the service and we were a little hesitant and nervous, to say the least. Not to mention, it was our two dog's first time being away from the family. Darren was responsive, helped to explain the process, and very accomodating to last minute changes and reservation modications. He communicated throughout the reservation, with pictures and text updates, which was really helpful and eased our minds.
